Very comfortable stay. Excellent air conditioning. Even though no windows in suite, lots of light from skylights. Local market and grocery store less than 2 blocks away. Bakery across the street. Turkey, chicken and pork roasters nearby for easy, make at home, meals. Hosts Ismail and Rose were very helpful and accommodating. Easy 20 min walk to city centre or 35 peso Uber ride. Streets in the area we're a bit rough, but this was typical in much of the city. Always felt safe walking around the area and local residents were friendly.

Dipping pool in courtyard. Nobody ever used it or visible in the courtyard.
One needs a study on public transit and be self-sufficient on goggle maps to get around. I had a loaded Vay-Ven transit card but no idea of Bus numbers to going where. No name streets only numbers. Even numbers going North/South and uneven numbers running EastWest. One block is half a mile
Was forced to Walked miles daily. At the end I discovered collectivo vans to wave down for 23 pesos a ride.

Excellent service, very clean and confortable room. My only comment is regarding the noise in one of the units. I’m sensible to noise and the one room that faces the street has no way to block it from a pretty busy street. Fortunately, they were able to put me one night in another room and I slept like a baby. Also, the area is not the best, I didn’t feel like taking a walk. Very nice and accommodating people though.

The hosts, Ishmael and Rosie, were awesome. Spoke fluent English and were very helpful with directions and suggestions for touring in the area. They also made us a traditional meal on the Friday night, shared by all the guests in their home.

This was one of my best stays in Mexico, and I am pretty sure that it will be same with you. Very clean, spacious with kitchen, and friendly hosts. The only tricky part is checking in. See the black iron below in attached picture? Left door is can be pulled open, need a little bit of strength. You'd better make an check in appointment with whatsapp or e-mail to make it sure, although the hosts live in the apartment, too.

My apartment was adequate, but didn’t exactly correspond to the picture on the website. I was there for a month, and it would have been more logical to give me the furthest away from the front door, instead of the first one, so that I would not have to listen to the others coming and going so often. The Wi-Fi often didn’t work and was down for a few days when I was there.
Rosy and Ismael are the perfect managers, though, and did a lot to make my stay there very comfortable. It’s not located in the centre, but if you like to walk, you can be there in about 15-20 minutes. The area is safer than it looks. Free Wi-Fi in nearby parks.

The apartment is spacious and was recently remodeled by a very friendly and helpful family. The unit fitted my needs, it was clean, comfortable, had a coffee maker and had good Wi-Fi but ,be aware its a good 15 to 20 minutes walk to the main section of Merida. The kitchen has a cooktop but don't there is only one small drying pan so you can only cook a basic meal.

I booked the apartment and received a confirmation through the platform.
On the way to the apartment the manager informed me due to a "double booking" the room isn't available anymore.
This happened to me before in Mérida. It seems people offer the rooms for profit on different platforms.
