It was just like the description and exactly what you would expect for $50 a night in the hotel zone of cancun. 30 minute walk to big stores and the main area of the hotel zone. would stay again.

It was a last minute stay because I missed my flight everyone was very helpful and nice especially in the office and restaurant super helpful. Good food service. Very clean 😊

Private area was nice but the room itself was not ideal. Bad mattress (springs), curtains didn’t completely cover the room. Parking was a bit tight as well.

I’m very disappointed by this booking as it is completely opposite of what they depict on google or Expedia site. No hand towels. Tissue paper is across the commode which is not in reach. Bathroom towels are so worn off. It’s not a hotel, it’s a room from an apartment that is on rent. Staff are very unapologetic when things were wrong.

Last time i even got a bigger room. I think if you ask for a king size you get hot water in the shower. It was a veey spacious room, a great price and location. Happy with my staying

It was value for money. Affordable price, nice and safe area. Enough room. No hot water but not so relevant due to the hot weather, perhaps you may ask for it. No mosquitoes. Double bedroom, near main hotel zone in cancun. If you want more then go for more expensive ones. I didnt eat at the restaurant overpriced imo. But the room was a good deal

This hotel is very deceiving! No elevator No room phone!!! The 1st night we switched rooms because the 1 they gave us was just HIDEOUS! Cords hanging out of the wall, TV didn’t work, dirty sheets, just HORRIBLE. The 2nd room given was not asssss bad, but it wasn’t good. The toilet had stopped up, and it wasn’t a maintenance man on site to fix it so my husband found a long stick from outside and unclogged it, thank God it worked. They don’t have any towels or tissue in the rooms you have to ask for them. No mirror in the bathroom, or anywhere in the room, the rooms also had an old stale smell…good thing I brought a can of Lysol. Just know we will never stay here again. 1 good things was the area was very quiet but that was it.

Parking issue had t park on the street few time. Per hotel host parking by room door is used by tenants above floor. From what I understood they and people thay live in the above rooms. Website offered parking included with room rental.

The property is really good for the price! The front desk folks are pretty helpful and friendly. The room is pretty clean and spacious(I had booked a deluxe room). The washroom can however be improved as the drain pipes looks pretty clogged and takes awhile to drain the water and thereby emitting a foul smell at times.
