muy mal servicio; en caso que cambien toallas, lo harán incompleto; la cama suena muy fuerte todo el tiempo, de verdad, es muy ruidosa; la alberca esta llena de moho y, ni siquiera estaba llena lo cual indica que, no se puede usar; el baño no tiene accesorios para colocar jabón, rastrillo, pasta dental y/o cepillo dental; es muy notable que a las instalaciones no se les ha dado mantenimiento

No hand towels.
Tissue paper is across the commode which is not in reach.
Bathroom towels are so worn off.
It’s not a hotel, it’s a room from an apartment that is on rent.
Staff are very unapologetic when things were wrong.

Tardaron un día en podernos dar la contraseña del Internet, mientras solo estábamos con datos celulares, la televisión nunca la pudimos ver por lo mismo y que no agarraba bien, la puerta del baño no se podía cerrar y pues nunca en toda la estadía nos hicieron un servicio de limpieza de habitación.

It was value for money. Affordable price, nice and safe area. Enough room.
No hot water but not so relevant due to the hot weather, perhaps you may ask for it.
No mosquitoes.
Double bedroom, near main hotel zone in cancun.
If you want more then go for more expensive ones.
I didnt eat at the restaurant overpriced imo. But the room was a good deal
