Charming, clean, nice rooms with very good water pressure and hot water. Several great restaurants on the premises. Nightly entertainment on the beach. 2 very nice pools. Friendly, attentive staff at the pool bar.

Amazing staff, beds are great and the variety of food is fantastic. My husband and I had a wondeful time. Daniel attention to details is amazing, he made sure we always have a drink in our hands. THANK YOU! The room had a couple of issues and front desk were on it right away. We'll definitely stay here again

Staff very courteous. Could add a Bar fridge in room. Online menus for restaurants would be nice. Consistent deli hours would be good. Lounge chairs very uncomfortable. Overall, a medium hotel.

Clean rooms nice staff and an incredible location.

There was noise late night in our room with music until 11pm. There was rooms around us being renovated with workers all around our room. We asked to be moved to the upper floor, as there were empty rooms available. I stayed for 10 days, two of them in their “premium room”, and they never moved us up. The restaurants staff were great as well as the food. The reception employees, not very “receptive”!

Great location on the beach! You can easily walk to La Crucecita or Santa Cruz. The staff were so attentive and provided excellent service. All the food we ate was delicious. Seven restaurants to choose from and also within walking distance to plenty of other food options including the best Mexican street food! Two good sized pools. Nightly events on the beach. The property is meticulously maintained daily. Room was comfortable with A/C and we slept like babies. Definitely recommend!

Numerous excellent restaurants with chef prepared food. There was bar and food service at the pool and on the beach. The waiters were very attentive; never had to wait long for a drink! The beach was beautiful and practically empty. Our room was well maintained daily. No complaints and would stay again!

Housekeeping staff were amazing and did a good job. However, when we checked in I accidentally drop white shirt on the floor and when I picked it up it came back almost brownish from the dust from the floor. Bathroom was also not as cleaned as we expected for paying $$ for premium suite. We definitely paid so much more than for the room we got. We asked front desk for late check out even if it’s for 30 mins to 1 hour and he wouldn’t give us and was charing us for 1500peso till 4pm. I worked at hotels we do try to go for above and beyond experience for our guests so they come back but we didn’t feel the same vibe here. Mind you I’m huge on travelling and we usually stay at Marriott and Hilton hotels. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here and won’t be coming back for sure. We chose this hotel based on the guests reviews but they overcharged for the service we got. Shout out to the housekeeping staff though they were super friendly and helpful and the female staff at check-in. All the male staff at front desk are rude and seem like they don’t want to work there.

Rooms were updated and clean although our ‘superior’ room balcony overlooked the parking lot. Pool area is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. One pool was closed for repairs our entire stay. Restaurants are very good. Constant construction.

comfortable rooms. The hotel is not too large and the pools are the perfect temperature.

Staff is so friendly and accommodating for guests, always trying so hard to communicate with guests. Very good restaurants, drink options and unique dishes. The only thing I would add to room amenities would be a small refrigerator. Small inconvenience to be sure. Restaurant meals were very economical. Cannot say enough about the friendly staff!

Clean rooms and pools, good food, helpful staff.. I would recommend it .. only draw back was no fridges in rooms.. suppling ice was nice but not really an answer.. loved the music at night, and get AC. Our room was quite and nice

Room was ok, no fridge, no hooks for hanging towels or cloths. Sewer smell coming from drain was unbearable. Stayed for 10 days only received face cloths twice. Cleaning was fine but could use improvement. Staff very pleasant.

We took several of the hotels excursions they were very good. We are not totally conversant in spanish so wouldhave appreciated a little more help with the translations. Google translator isnt good enough!
