Quinta Bella Huatulco

We had a great 11 day stay at Quinta Bella. Our room was a corner unit so we had ocean and jungle views. It was very clean, well appointed and the king size bed was very comfy. We both slept really well. Housekeeping staff work very hard in the heat and always engaged with us with a greeting and smile. Likewise for the front desk staff, restaurant staff and especially the young people serving drinks and food in the pool and beach area. So attentive and happy even with the long hours they work. Can't say enough great things about them. The pool area is awesome and immediate access to the beach is a big plus. What a beautiful bay and so clean. We did not eat at all seven restaurants but heard good things about them. The on site cafeteria was a hit for delicious fresh coffee and yummy sandwiches. Pizza at Forno was great and breakfast at Marea was great. The entire staff was excellent and even with limited Spanish on our part, communication was not an issue. Would definitely stay at Quinta Bella again.

We had an amazing stay at Quinta Bella! Our room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and quiet. The entire property staff was great, very polite and helpful. The Frozen Bar staff at the pool was fantastic, very friendly and service was great for all 14 days of our stay. The property is a close walk to both Santa Cruz and La Crucecita and there is a great park close by to see iguanas.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not everyone speaks English, but with a little help from Google Translate, it wasn’t a big issue. There are some good restaurants, and the pool was well maintained. However, there was no refrigerator in the room, which was a bit inconvenient, especially in such hot weather.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our entire visit. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the stay feel elevated. One of our favourite features was the private dipping pool attached to the room—truly ahhhh-mazing and the perfect way to relax while taking in the scenery. And the views… OMG… the views. Absolutely breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. The addition of a mini fridge would add to the 'pros'. The resort pools were also a highlight. They were clean, fun, and ideal for relaxing. The main pool was especially great for morning lap swimming, which became part of our daily routine. Food & Restaurants: Quinta Bella has fantastic food options. The Deli Quinta Bella makes the best sandwiches—fresh, flavourful, and perfect for a casual lunch. We also enjoyed the on-site dining at Aroma, Otto, Rustico, and Forno, with Forno standing out for pizza (and yes… pizza with mango is surprisingly delicious!) & UNO (Korean BBQ) — a MUST!

The choices for multiple restaurants were great, the food was fresh and amazing

Staff are very nice and accommodating, property is very clean the food was delicious, a bit pricey but very good. Food was fresh. Most of the time pool side chairs were available and they are the usual type of poolside chair. Enjoyed my stay immensely. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The pool overlooks the beach front and was so relaxing too to peer out and have a drink. The bar staff were always polite, fun and checking to see if you needed anything. Again the drinks are a bit pricey but they were very good.

We had a great time one week stay at this hotel. Our rooms were very clean and the staff were attentive as they provided excellent customer service. The quality and selection of their food from their onsite restaurants was very good. I personally enjoyed having my meals at their coffee/sandwich cafe. We enjoyed sitting outside by the poolside which had an excellent view of the beach and ocean. It was not a deal breaker, but we were disappointed that their gym/exercise room didn’t have properly equipment.

Yes everyone was nice and the facility was kept clean and the landscapeing is gorgeous....

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at Quinta Bella. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent AC, strong shower pressure, and reliable hot water (aside from a brief outage due to a temporary power issue). We especially loved our balcony, which offered beautiful views of the hotel, pools, ocean, and surrounding mountains—it truly felt like home. A heartfelt thank you to our housekeeper, Graciela, for her impeccable attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, Blanca at the front desk was welcoming, and the entire staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Erick and Tai at the pool stood out for their professionalism and care. The beach was calm, clean, secure, and well kept, and the pools were spotless, with water filtered daily. Dining was a highlight. Otto’s Mexican-French fusion, Aroma’s Mexican-Asian flavours, and Rústico’s authentic cuisine were all excellent—Rústico also offers the best breakfast. Terraza del Mar impressed us with its menu, and Daniel made our evening memorable. At Forno, Chef Alberto and his team shared their passion as they crafted outstanding artisanal pizzas. Marbella was a fantastic hostess throughout. We also appreciated the excellent selection of Casa Madero wines, and we hope to see a rosé added to the list soon. We truly loved our stay and would return without hesitation.

Everything was going great! Beautiful room and very clean and then the power and water went out for 7hrs. Rooms were hot and humid. No water in the toilets. And staff said there was nothing to accommodate. Wouldn’t stay here again

Loved my stay! The staff is just amazing! So friendly and wnet above and beyond to make our trip relaxing and memorable!

The resort is beautiful! You can see that all the staff are very, very happy and they treat you extremely well. We have made a whole bunch of new friends down there. Lovely place, highly recommend.

Everything was great at Quinta Bella. The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff everywhere were great. The only thing was that the WiFi/internet were non reliable.

Ocean was partially visible from room, shops were nearby, Wi-Fi was down 2 out the 8 days we stayed (unable to see TV) ate dinner at one of their restaurants and was asked to pay cash because internet was down ( no credit card charge), on last day we had breakfast at restaurant outside of hotel because non hotel guests fully booked Terraza del Mar (their restaurant) other hotel guests were fuming at this situatuon we chose leave
