Quinta Bella Huatulco

Our second time staying at the Quinta Bella. Beautiful, well kept grounds. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Most of the staff could communicate well in English. The wifi was not the best in our room, but it was good in the restaurants and by the pools.

Our had no view and safe was broken. But the staff and hotel was very nice.

Very very good. Well staffed with good service. Beach and pools were premium, but the restaurants were what stood out, prices are normal, atmosphere, presentation and quality were better than anything in town. Location is great to get the Huatulco experience all with in walking distance. Small hotel so lobby is not grand.

Poor customer service ie: no drinking water in room and promised that it would be delivered and never showed up. The room had a sewer smell which we ignored for the first 6 days. On day 7 we returned to our room after being out all day to workmen in our suite fixing the problem and therefore no access to our room we inquired at the front desk. we were then told to wait for a couple of hours and they would let us know when the work was done. After 3 hours we finally checked back and it was done, when asked about some sort of compensation we were promised conversation with the manager that never happened. We asked for 3 days and were continually put off with they are out right now they will call you etc. Finally at check out we asked for some resolution which ended in there is no compensation the manager says sorry is enough! Keep in mind the next day no Electricity for 7 hours= no A/C working which may sound fussy but at 34 degrees and room on 4th floor was very uncomfortable. We were promised a conversation about compensation but the management ignored our concerns. Disappointed with the management and lack of professionalism. Beach was amazing. Onsite restaurant were amazing and delicious. Many staff had poor English which was not a problem but there did not seem to be much interest in them using English. Beautiful facility amazing location but based on the lack of management showing ethical engagement to make the situation right i would not reccomend this hotel to others

Clean room, friendly staff and amazing location on the water and close to town - Santa Cruz and La Crucecita

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurants and an amazing beach. We didn’t even have time to try all the restaurants but the ones we did were excellent, particularly Aroma and the pizza place. The beach is beautiful and the pools are well maintained with excellent service.

This is a well kept property. Many English speakers and very attentive and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely beach. Can be strong waves but while visiting they were not anything a swimmer couldn’t manage. Food and drinks are expensive but food is very good. Stayed 5 days. Busy but within reason. Would stay again. Note the balcony pools are not hot tubs. They are cool off dip pools and rarely did I see anyone use. Had a mountain view room and was very quiet. I would choose that again bc the sea view facing rooms are likely to be much noisier. Quiet after 10pm. Lost a plastic key and had to pay $10 to replace it! Towels are great.

First time to Hualtulco. Hotel was amazing. Staff was always friendly and ready to serve you. Room was great bed was super comfy. Definitely coming back. If I had to complain it would be to have small fridge to keep water and pop cold. Also to keep leftover food from outside restaurants. And a dresser.

Courteous staff

This was the second time we stayed here. Love all the food options that they have. Parking is safe and secure. Our room was beautiful and clean, great view (mt view with a glimpse of the beach) Love that there is access to the beach and just a few minutes drive to other Bahias!

Out standing service and super clean

Cleanliness and amenities were all that could be expected. Food was excellent with lots of variety. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. Glad we went.

Staff were great. Room was always spotless! Bathroom sink didn’t drain well but that was minor

Charming, clean, nice rooms with very good water pressure and hot water. Several great restaurants on the premises. Nightly entertainment on the beach. 2 very nice pools. Friendly, attentive staff at the pool bar.

Amazing staff, beds are great and the variety of food is fantastic. My husband and I had a wondeful time. Daniel attention to details is amazing, he made sure we always have a drink in our hands. THANK YOU! The room had a couple of issues and front desk were on it right away. We'll definitely stay here again

Staff very courteous. Could add a Bar fridge in room. Online menus for restaurants would be nice. Consistent deli hours would be good. Lounge chairs very uncomfortable. Overall, a medium hotel.
