One of the best hotels in Huatulco with a magnificent beach and great restaurants inside.

The location is beautiful and private. A hot tub would be a great addition but didn’t find one.

Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was plagued by numerous issues regarding the facilities, service, and overall management. Upon arrival, I was denied entry because the parking lot was full. After unloading my luggage, I was escorted off the premises. Throughout the stay, I encountered several more problems: Dining: The food quality at Terraza del Mar was poor. Despite our complaints, we were told no chef was on duty, and the assistant chef refused to speak with us. Furthermore, the prices did not reflect the quality of the food provided. Amenities: There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and there was no phone to contact the front desk. Providing only a WhatsApp number is insufficient, especially given the lack of cellular reception. Additionally, the coffee pot in the room was broken. Room Condition: The room did not match the online description and was poorly maintained, including mold in the shower and significant noise from morning construction. Customer Service: When I addressed the Wi-Fi issues with the receptionist, Nancy, she was dismissive and unprofessional. I was also harassed for a checkout pass by a security guard while carrying my luggage out of the hotel despite never having used the parking facilities. The lack of professional management and basic amenities made this a very disappointing stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously to prevent other guests from having a

Beautiful spot next to it's own beach/coastline. The restaurants on the property are great. Definitely would rebook next time we're around

The service with the internet was the worst and also the room had a noise and the fan one of the restaurants had the worst Mexican food and very expensive I do not recommend this hotel for low quality of the hotel and food

Loved my stay at Quinta Bella, everyone there was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay incredible from the lady that I checked in with, the guy that took us to our room, the cleaning ladies that clean our room, the girls at the spa, and all the waiters and the pool bar specially Daniel. Will definitely stay there again. I loved that our room had its own private pool, we also had access to the beach, and everything was at a decent walking distance. The restaurants there are delicious, and the massage I had at the spa was incredible. The room was really clean, and I also enjoyed the two pools that they have there besides the private one we had in our room. There were also two night while my stay that they had live music and one night we enjoyed movie night. They also have a well equipment gym to get your workout done. Highly recommend Quinta Bella for your stay in Huatulco.

This is a really nice smaller resort. Two pools. Landscaping is lovely. Location couldn’t be better. There are 7 restaurants there but a special call out to the lunch bar on the 2bd floor. The food was exceptional! Town is really close. A cab ride away for 50 pesos. A terrific town with a pretty town square and lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. Heads up! It’s very hot and humid. Bring your hat and sunscreen. Overall, I Highly recommend the resort. It would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the rooms for cold drinks and light snacks. There is a Chedraui store within walking distance to buy a styrofoam cooler and the hotel has generous with ice. But it’s not the same. We were in the newer wing and there wasn’t a place in the shower to put your personal care products.

We had a great 11 day stay at Quinta Bella. Our room was a corner unit so we had ocean and jungle views. It was very clean, well appointed and the king size bed was very comfy. We both slept really well. Housekeeping staff work very hard in the heat and always engaged with us with a greeting and smile. Likewise for the front desk staff, restaurant staff and especially the young people serving drinks and food in the pool and beach area. So attentive and happy even with the long hours they work. Can't say enough great things about them. The pool area is awesome and immediate access to the beach is a big plus. What a beautiful bay and so clean. We did not eat at all seven restaurants but heard good things about them. The on site cafeteria was a hit for delicious fresh coffee and yummy sandwiches. Pizza at Forno was great and breakfast at Marea was great. The entire staff was excellent and even with limited Spanish on our part, communication was not an issue. Would definitely stay at Quinta Bella again.

We had an amazing stay at Quinta Bella! Our room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and quiet. The entire property staff was great, very polite and helpful. The Frozen Bar staff at the pool was fantastic, very friendly and service was great for all 14 days of our stay. The property is a close walk to both Santa Cruz and La Crucecita and there is a great park close by to see iguanas.

A very high quality hotel, beautiful beach setting, nice pool and lounge chair areas. Decent restaurants

Only complaint no fridge in the room. Wonderful place.
