TRS Coral Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Great resort

Some rude people in the lobby looking at my chest when we were waiting for transportation. Bad quality of food, one of us has got food poisoning in the beginning of the first day, the hotel’s doctor said is traveller diarrhea and we believed it but after the 500 us dollar’s medication, is not become better and when we get back to Toronto, we went to the emergency immediately, which the final result is not traveller diarrhea. Limited entertainment, limited food, limited service, bad app experiences, bedding is not clean, we thought the bedding will be changed at least once two day or something, but I can tell is never been changed. 90%of the restaurants need reservation, everyone need to reserve from the moment they arrive the hotel, even with that time, some of the restaurants are not available for the following 5 days. Not the first time in Cancún, but this is the worse, never going to go there any more.

Two weeks after returning from my stay, I’m even more disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The room was breathtaking—one of the best I’ve ever stayed in—but the overall experience was deeply unsatisfactory. The food was terrible; room service was the worst I’ve ever had, making the private pool in my room feel pointless when the meals were so poor. The drinks were low-quality, commercial-grade at best, far below what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. While the staff service was excellent, the check-in and check-out processes were frustratingly disorganized, something I’ve never felt the need to mention before. A warning for Expedia buyers: the hotel offers airport transportation, but this service is inexplicably unavailable to those who don’t book directly. At $900 per day, I expected far more—this price can secure a vastly superior experience anywhere in the world. I won’t be returning.

Been to Cancun and different resorts more than three times but TRS has the best food by far. Beach was amazing and overall the staff were super friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay here, I was on a solo trip for my birthday and everything was great, service , butler, house keeping, everything was a 10/10 will recommend!

I loved the elegance and great quality restaurants. My swim up suite was awesome and butlers were excellent. I disliked the lack of entertainment and how they mixed family hotel side with adults only. I specifically booked an all adults only for a reason, I was emotional having to watch children the whole time, missing mine. This was a wedding anniversary trip for us.

It was great overall however we asked regularly for 3 months and in all our requests to have two beds in each room and not a king and they didn’t even look at the requests and actually forced us to upgrade the rooms with ridiculous surcharges to get the requests. They stated the ‘request was by availability’ but I recon 3 months of requests gives them enough time to be available. Place was great, food was great, beach was great, all the staff were excellent. Would come back just with the understanding of the room situation

I recently stayed at this resort and had the most incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The grounds were beautiful, the food was delicious with plenty of options, and the activities kept us entertained the entire time. What really stood out was the staff—everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their hospitality made all the difference and created such a warm, welcoming vibe throughout the resort. The only downsides were that the butler service was a bit slow at times, and unfortunately, our TV never worked during our stay. But honestly, those were minor things in the grand scheme of how perfect everything else was. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway!!

We had a great time at this property. Our butlers were wonderful. Everywhere we had dinner reservations was amazing. We love swimming in the ocean. We loved the pool area. Being at the adult resort was pretty amazing! Everything was awesome. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and we had an ocean view and our room was beautiful. They did a great job restocking anything we needed restocked. They were great at cleaning. We ordered room service a few times and they were wonderful as well. Akita and Alfredo were amazing Butlers! And Lorenzo took the best care of us when we had a pool cabana for the day :)
