I only stayed one night here as I had to keep moving on my trip around Morocco. The hotel is a nice modern one. The room was very comfortable. I found the reception a bit noisy at times as I was only doors away but luckily, it was quiet after midnight so I slept OK. The water in the shower was warm but not hot - I prefer hot. In Morocco, people say "hot" when you ask them but the water is only warm at times, even when you wait a bit. Breakfast was fine except I had to wait a while for it after sitting down. I think the problem is time management with the staff, only one girl serving although others around. They should have two people serve especially when a lot of guests arrive at the same time. Also, the coffee was too milky, could be stronger. But if these things were sorted, I would be happy to stay again in the future. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the location is also good, not far from the train station.
