The Staff, made all the difference, Mouad and Mehdi, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and satisfactory, what a professional staff and spoke excellent english, they made me feel like I was staying at home. The service was Top notch. Due to my excellent experience, I am planning to come back to this property and stay longer. These two individuals are professional, hard working, serviable, knowledgeable, they represented the Riad as a five star hotel and provided an experience like no other, they made our stay seems seamless and less stressful. Their dedication was unmatched and enjoyed doing their daily tasks, the were empowered and solution oriented. My experience was the most enjoyable experience ever.

Well, there are always arguments about hotels, restaurants, etc, although for me, no matter how beautiful it is a place, the staff always make the difference. Very helpful, kind, and reliable. Nadir, you are my man in Marrakesh from now on 😁. All the people working there were amazing but my good friend Nadir made a huge difference. Till the next time, my friend. Thank you for everything you did for us.

Overall was ok, if you expect to find regular amenities of a lodging such as iron board etc… this may not be your place.
I was upset at check out when they made me pay a city tax which was not included in the price I paid in Expedia and was never mentioned in any website of communication, expedirá should be more transparent with this kind of things, does illy when you pay a price which confirms, all taxes and fees are included.

The place is amazing! I love the ambiance, the Moroccan style and decor, and the fresh scent of orange! Clean 👌 which is important. Staff are all very kind, helpful even when it’s busy. They make the time to help and assist in any way possible. I enjoyed every minute of my stay there! Highly highly recommended. 5 star ⭐️

Really nice place to stay, everyone working at the Riad is so friendly and kind. Took the time to explain aspects of morrocan life and food. Had dinner at the Riad one night which was the best food we had in Marrakech (much better then the expensive restaurants in the centre of Medina). Location is very quiet but felt safe. About 20-30 minute walk to the centre of old Medina and the way back to the Riad is well lit with lots of people about even late at night so felt safe to walk back. If you want a taxi there is a car park/main road about five minutes walk away. This Riad is also close tp the new town if you want to see the more modern side of Marrakech.

Very charming property, the only thing was really hard to get to and taxi drivers were not able to locate it with just reading the address. I would really recommend it but with proper instructions about arrival!

We had a great experience in the Palaus Tinmel.
I hope the area won't get damaged by the earthquake. I know the hotel didn't get any damage.
The staff are amazing and very helpful people and fave a good recommendation for restaurants and place to visit.
The rooms are very authentic and everything is clean. I'd rather cleaner shower area instead of the traditional or if they fix the drainage of the showers it feels a lot better.
Not the property but the area itself was dirty and I could see roaches in the street with rubbish on the corner of the street.
