We stayed at this property twice during our visit to Morocco and they looked after our main cases in-between stays. The room was good, we had a larger room on the second stay.
It would have been helpful to have a map with parking . In future I wouldn't hire a car whilst staying in Marrakech

The staff members in the Riad are exceptional! Very attentive and caring. The Riad is also kept in excellent condition. Would highly recommend staying in Riad Tahyra for an authentic Moroccan experience.

Check in process was a bit longer than it should have been. After a long trip, all you want to do is relax in your room for a bit. Be aware that some rooms are on upper floors and you'll need to navigate tight staircases with your suitcase. At check in and check out, we didn't have anyone to help us. Breakfast is not included as some other cheaper riads in the area. TV in room but channels only in German for some reason. There's no sense of privacy as you can hear everything outside the room. On cold nights, heater is not enough as the rooms aren't well insulated.

The property was nice but room was freezing. Had broken heaters, a broken light in the bathroom, and people screaming next to the hotel all night so was hard to sleep. We were told light would be fixed at checkin and wasn't. Had to find a person again to fix. The heater in bathroom was broke,and one above in bedroom wasn't keeping room warm. Workers were friendly, but wouldn't recommend staying

Tres beau Riad. Nous aurions tellement aimé y passer plus de temps. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient superbes. Le patio typique et idéal. Nous ne pouvions passer qu’une nuit car nous avions un vol à 7 heure du matin donc un séjour très court qui nous fait vouloir revenir très vite dans ce Riad. Le charmant jeune homme qui nous a reçu le soir nous a emmené avant 5 heure du matin sur la place pour prendre un taxi arrangé par le Riad même. Splendide service!!!

We were very impressed with Riad Tahyra. The staff are amazing - very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome, greeted with tea and given some great advice about where to visit in Marrakech. The location is perfect to get immersed in the wonderful souk and just 5-10 minutes walk to some excellent restaurants off the main square. The rooms in the riad are generously sized, very nicely decorated and very quiet, peacefiul and relaxing.

The owner was very kind, the riad was really lovely and in an amazing location - very safe. Google maps was essential to get through the souk and find it but thanks to other reviews I was prepared! Arrived to tea and home made biscuits which was perfect. Breakfast was also delicious and filling. Highly recommended as a safe and traditional stay in the heart of the medina

I cherished my stay at this beautiful and exotic riad so conveniently located near Jemaa el-Fnaa. From the moment Siham greeted me with mint tea and cookies, I was treated like a princess. She could not have been more helpful with directions, sharing favorite local restaurants & an ideal itinerary for the following two days. I cannot recommend this beautiful & charming riad enough!

Brilliant stay! The riad is so beautiful and comfortable, although very much within the medina, it is so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were friendly, kind and couldn’t do enough. We had breakfast each morning which was a great start to the day, fresh juice, tea, homemade pasties, yoghurt etc, all in their beautiful dining area.

Absolutely stunning! This place is nestled in a quiet, dead end, off the busy market district. Absolutely amazing! Really wish we could have stayed for a third night! The staff was so helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was lovely. I would hands down suggest this place to anyone coming to Marrakech, especially for the first time.

Absolutely beautiful riad! All hotel staff were so welcoming and lovely. Gave us a tour of the Riad, and a welcome tea. We stayed in the green room which was stunning. Breakfast was also delicious.

This property is located in the Medina so shopping is right next door in the souk with its many stalls & wares. It's amazingly quiet, offers lovely breakfast included plus a small luncheon & dinner menu with food cooked fresh to order. The staff are friendly & helpful. Some of the staff speak English but you'll do well if you speak French in Morocco. The riad is beautiful with open courtyard & tile everywhere. Please note that there are many steps to some rooms & the rooms are small. Be sure to have a guide to direct you here.

Lovely people, especially Ceham, (sorry about the spelling), Lovely Moroccan Riad just disappointed with basic, cold repetitive breakfast, including cold toast and cold boiled egg and every day. Would prefer a selection. Also disappointed with lack of wi-fi which only worked in the dining room until 2 days before we left when we were given another link, because of that we couldn't watch TV (only BBC News) or use our phones in our room.
