The Hilton is beautifully modern and provides a nice, standardized hotel experience, which can be a nice starting or ending point for experiencing Namibia. However, the hotel was our least favorite of the five hotels/lodges we stayed at during our Namibia roadtrip. We were disappointed that the gleaming ambiance was overpriced for the service and comforts provided. The hotel is formal, professional, and ‘Westernized’, which can be desired at times. If you’re looking for interaction with others and a cultural experience, this is not the ideal place to stay. If you are looking for a place to work and get some quit time in a familiar hotel-ish environment with easy room service, the hotel provides this opportunity.

The hotel is at a great location. Everything is fairly close by including the museum just a 5 5 minutes walk. The staff were okay. The staff in the restaurant and at the men working at the entrance were amazing whereas other staff in other department could have been better and more helpful.

The location is perfect and the rooftop is a great place to chill in the afternoon. A big thank you for great service to the gentlemen’s working in the bar.
Quite disappointed with the gym. None of the treadmills worked while we stayed there for seven nights.

The rooms here stink like gym socks. The staff claim it’s the moisture during the rainy season. To me it smelled like a moldy locker. We changed rooms but the smell persisted. Our first floor room overlooked the roof, strewn with debris and repair men fixing the lights, who could see into our room. The furniture on the room is worn. The chair upholstery was torn, the shelving cracked, the lightbulbs burnt out. The staff was unclear about parking procedures and the drop off area in front of the hotel always has illegally parked cars. We were hoping for a nice stay, instead it was an utter disappointment.

Older Hilton hotel which is ok for a night, but you can’t expect much. The service is rather slow and there is a lack of cleanliness in the rooms. Not worth more then 100 Dollars a night.

The hotel have standard rooms, which are clean. The rooms are quiet at night check-in and check out is standard. There's a garage for your car in the building, but way to the parking is narrow for other cars. Overall, good standard.
