Room was clean and very comfortable. There was a restaurant that had a la carte or a buffet (on Friday nites at least). Breakfast buffet in AM. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had 2 rooms that smelled like sewerage. The fridge was broken in one of the rooms, the coffee pot broken on the other. The bathroom was never properly cleaned. Everything was extremely expensive and breakfast was not included. The staff wouldn’t offer help unless provoked (although they were lovely). Any simple food order took at least 40 min to 1 hour to get ready. I have no idea how this is considered a 5 star hotel. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Bon hôtel en général mais la porte de la chambre ne se fermait pas dès le premier jour et a du être réparée, il n y avait aucune lumière pour la table du bureau et la grande suspension ne s allumait pas. On m a dit qu’on allait venir remplacer l ampoule ce qui n a jamais été fait. Le dernier jour je n ai pas pu utiliser le pommeau de douche, seul la douche au plafond fonctionnait. Le personnel était très serviable et a est occupé au plus vite de tous ces soucis.

Bonjour,
Dans l'ensemble, l'établissement est plutôt satisfaisant.
En revanche, il y a un manque total de confiance envers les clients. En effet, l'hôtel a un bureau proposant les services de taxis. J'ai réservé un taxi le premier soir et au demandé que la note soit mise sur ma chambre. On m'a dit ok. Or, à 22h, l'accueil m'a appelée pour que je vienne régler le taxi (même pas 10 euros). J'ai répondu que je paierai lorsque je partirai de l'hôtel. La dame a insisté et voulait mon empreinte de carte bancaire ( qu'elle n'avait pas demandé à l'enregistrement, sinon je lui aurais donné).
J'ai dit non car j'étais au lit.
Le lendemain, j'ai repris un taxi en disant qu'il ne fallait pas m'appeler à 22h pour payer...on m'a encore dit ok. Et à 22h, nouvel appel de la réception ! J'ai payé le lendemain, lors de mon départ de l'hôtel.
Ça ne se fait pas d'appeler les clients à 22h!
Et quel manque de confiance ! Pour moins de 20 euros au total !
Vraiment dommage !

Extrem abgewohnt und in schlechten Zustand. Auf dem Zimmer fehlte die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher, Toilettenpapier, Haarfön. Die Dusche war verschmutzt, musste erst gereinigt werden. Immerhin war das Personal freundlich und versuchte zu helfen. Die viel gelobte Skybar ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Außenfassaden müssten dringend gereinigt werden, die Scheiben sind derartig verschmutzt, dass man kaum raussehen kann. Unser Zimmer lag am Ende des Hotels direkt über der Küche, wodurch die Entlüftung der Großküche einen unglaublichen Lärm in unserem Zimmer verursachte bis 1:00 Uhr, nachts und ab 6:00 Uhr morgens. Insgesamt ein unfreundlicher Aufenthalt, es gibt sicherlich viele bessere Hotels im Windhoek.

Nice hotel in a great location. The rooftop is a nice place to relax with tasty cocktails. We were half board, which gave you breakfast and dinner. Dinner was from a set menu; salads, pasta, burgers, pizza, etc., common international fare, but it was well made, with generous portions and tasty. Some maintenance is needed on the walls/ paint of the ceiling when above floor 1, which isn't nice to see, but doesnt impact your stay. It's the Hilton, so everything is more pricey when compared to the local shops; food, drinks, taxis.... but it is convenient. So I guess it's what price you put on convenience.
I'm due back in Namibia in the new year, and will stay at the Hilton again.

The hotel recently restocked the gym with all new technogym equipment which is great. It a great space on the roof - used to have old, poorly maintained equipment. Big and meaningful improvement.
