Great place out in the desert, isolated and beautiful. Our weather was quite windy but all the staff were very accommodating and adapted quickly to any issues. The management was very helpful as well.

Nice location - look it's an hour drive to the gate into Sesreim/Sossuflei from here, but for the savings vs the lodges right at the gate or in the park, well worth it! Lovely place, clean, friendly staff. Enjoyed a great dinner at the outdoor boma the night we were there. Nice views all around!

The lodge is in a beautiful setting - the view from the patio is gorgeous and the stars in the desert sky are amazing! The staff was very accommodating for my party and they provided excellent service. I definitely recommend the Namib-Naukluft Lodge!

Gorgeous views in a stunning part of the world. This is a three star property so align your expectations accordingly. The dinner is a bit of a rip-off but they are taking advantage of a captive audience, and there are no other options for miles around.

Vielen Dank an Kai und sein Team um Manager Thorsten. Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur traumhaft!! Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es das nächste Mal in Richtung Sossusvlei geht.

The stay was overall great, but just because we found out all information ourselves. The information from the staff (except the manager) was very poor and they also did not seem to be very interested in us, not explaining activities we asked for, etc. All in all a great stay because of the stunning view and good (but expensive) food, but definitely the poorest staff and service performance we had in our Namibia stay.

Total ruhige Lage am Rand der Namib, wir hatten einen schönen Sonnenuntergang gesehen (ist natürlich Wetterabhängig), jedes Zimmer hat weiten Ausblick in die Landschaft. Eine günstige Unterkunft ein 1 Stunde vom Eingang zu Sossusvlei.

Wir kamen gegen 14.00 Uhr von Sossusvlei an bei 35 Grad und wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst. 10 Minuten später hatte ich es mir am erfrischenden Pool gemütlich gemacht und den Blick (ca. 80 km weit) genossen. Es war perfekt!
