Good Hotel, staff spoke good English and was friendly. Room was nice and clean with a good view. Garden outside, massage center on premises, cheaper ones a few blocks away. Hotel was safe, quiet, modern like a USA 3.5 star (almost 4.5 star for Nepal). Restaurant (dinner) had a lot of good food choices, plus a large breakfast. View of Lake and Himalaya mountains is good, but it can be dusty/foggy/hazy with no views many days.

NOTHING UNIQUE about the hotel at all! The restaurant was ok, but the menu selections was not too much. The lift broke down and was out of order from the evening of the 36th of Oct. til we left on the 30th. We had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs, and for my husband and I, it was not easy as we are senior citizens. Also, I had paid for a room with a balcony, but was given ANOTHER room. There was no instructions on using the TV remote, or what English channels available and using the TV was a problem several times as it would NOT access ANYTHING.

We booked a deluxe Mountain View which they did not have. When we asked about this, the guy cranked his neck around the balcony and said, there it is. Didn’t try to apologize or give us the difference in room charge but told us they didn’t have any other rooms and had we booked directly with them, they could have done something about it.

The hotel is great, in the center of pokhara. Sometime the electricity goes off for a minute and sometime the WIFI didn't work but all in all it's a great place.

This is a new hotel in the Lakeside district. First the positives. The staff is outstanding and very well-trained. Everything visible is first rate. Unfortunately, the owners cut some corners in the less obvious parts of the hotel. The air conditioner simply is not up to cooling the room during what passes for a heat wave in Pokhara. In my room, it was set to 16, when I came in and still never was able to cool more of the room than just the entryway. The Internet was weirdly non-functional, even given the context of a place where glitchy wifi is the norm. This is an OK place if you get a deal, but don't expect it to live up to its promises. It's a three-star hotel in four-star clothing.

트리플 베드를 사전 요청했으나, 더블베드와 싱글로 구성되어서 제공. 컴플레인 후 엑스트라 베드 추가해줬으나.. 그냥 매트릭스만 (물침댄줄) 그것만 빼면 우리 팀 다른 방은 괜찮았음. 레잌 사이드 중심가에있고.
