Lovely hotel in great part of Rotterdam. The staff were all kind and friendly. The rooms were lovely but the beds may need an upgrade. Really enjoyed my stay.

May 2026, We choose the hotel based on proximity to Rotterdam Central Station as travelling by Eurostar from London which now offers direct connections. Also we wanted to visit Gouda (for Cheese) which is 20 minutes by Train and also Delft (Blue Pottery) which is 10 minutes by Train. The hotel reception Team were lovely and special Thanks to Joost for helping us during our stay. The Breakfast was amazing, plenty of options for all tastes including hot and cold selections, pastries, fruit, cereal and yogurts etc. also Tea’s and Coffee via machines. The room was large and plenty of space for us over 4 nights. The bathroom provided Rituals Shower Gels which was great and the Shower itself was split between rainfall and handheld. Pressure was also great 👍 The hotel has a Restaurant & Bar area which were comfortable, Gym and Sauna which we didn’t use on this occasion. Would I use this hotel again, 100% yes 👍

Great hotel overall! It’s right in the city center of Rotterdam so it’s close and a walkable distance from pretty much everything! Staff were great! If you arrive early before your check in they will store your belongings in a safe and locked room! The rooms themselves were very well maintained and the view was great!

Awful experience. I booked this hotel based on the reviews, but I was completely misled. I ended up paying €150 for parking for less than three days because the staff were unable to help with parking at the hotel, despite parking being listed as one of the booking features. There was no daily water replenishment — only two tiny 200ml bottles provided for the entire stay. The breakfast was disappointing, and honestly, the price I paid did not reflect the experience that was advertised at all. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst 4-star hotel I have experienced. I would never recommend it, nor would I ever return. The room was cold even with the heating turned on, and the hot water in the shower was temperamental. I booked the executive suite, but there was nothing “executive” about it. The carpet was visibly dirty, and the TV remote was filthy. The only positive part of the experience was that the staff were friendly and respectful, even though they were unable to resolve the issues during my stay.

I stayed at the Bilderberg 2 years ago and thought it was excellent. So much so that I returned to the Bilderberg this year. The facility has been renovated and the results are beautiful. The lobby is open and multiple check in kiosks/computers are available. The rooms seemed larger to me and the decor was wonderful. Breakfast at the Bilderberg was more than adequate and I hate the thought of returning to my old breakfast practices in America.(Maybe I can do it on weekends.) The staff is very helpful and answered travel directions with a flip of their cell phones, whether it was the Metro, the tram,, bus, taxis, etc. Everybody was able to answer questions in English or Dutch and I imagine in other languages, too. We stayed at City Inn at Radison Amsterdam West but preferred the Bilderberg in Rotterdam.

Room was an an absolute pleasure!! Good sized bath + separate shower with separate rainfall head. Views over Rotterdam from the room are AMAZING!! you could happily sit by the window & watch time go by, but exploring central Rotterdam is a must. Staff are very welcoming & accommodating. Always a pleasure to stay here!!

I had a great Executive room with view of the bridge. Got 20% off coupon from Expedia but didn't use it. Their breakfast was 27Euro, not cheap even with discount. Coffee machine in the room was great. Lobby has coffee in the morning, water all day, or can refill from gym. Checked out sauna, it was nice. Room has small bar of soap, no lotion, but shower gel/shampoo and conditioner. Located 2 stops away from Central train station via tram, with stop right outside of hotel. Took one star off as it is located at end of central downtown area. I would have rather liked to stay more in central. but was great anyway. No complains.

This hotel was a perfect choice--centered in the middle of Rotterdam. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar/dining area was bright and the food was excellent. It was easy to extend my stay when my circumstances changed. I would stay here again.
