Very comfortable and clean, perfect for our short break. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the accommodation is located in the city centre so it is easy to explore the city, and there are lots of shops and eateries within a short walking distance. Would happily stay again!

Really enjoyable stay. The executive room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we would want other than a bath sheet as the towels that were provided were small and not fluffy. Great location and great bar with friendly and professional service.

Lovely hotel in a great spot in Rotterdam short walk from central station the shopping and museums, plus the witte de wittstrasse. Also has a metro station outside! Great service and really comfy room

The location of the property is good. The rooms are not very clean . In my room the carpet was extremely dirty and stained. I called the staff to the room who promised to get it cleaned but nothing happened. There was a strong smell of sewage in the Toilet. I was informed that it was a temporary issue

This hotel is perfectly located; it's walking distance to everything - dining, shopping, museums, plus the Metro and Tram stops are just outside the hotel. We booked a Tower Executive room and it was large, comfortable, clean, plenty of storage space, with an amazing view and ample bathroom; the elevator was always quick to arrive. The access to the breakfast area was not great (kind of dark tunnel), but the breakfast was very good. Will definitively recommend

My initial room smelt terribly of damp and when i asked to mive they said they were no available rooms and gave me air fresher to spray?! The next day they moved me to an executive room at no additional cost which was amazing.

There were issues with the hotel check in system which caused a delay to accessing our room. One member of staff was quite rude when telling us this, however all other staff members were helpful. We had a room by the lift which was noisy at times.

This was the first time solo travelling for a while and first time to Rotterdam. I’d read some infavourable reviews before I travelled and was a bit nervous but I chose the hotel because of the location. As soon as I arrived late at night I was greatex a warm and in iting reception bar area with 5 attentive staff who couldn’t have made me feel more welcome! The room was quiet super clean with lovely bedding! Coffee machine and tea provided and ample hanging space. From that moment on the staff couldn’t do enough to mKe me feel welcome. Loan of an umbrella and some sweet treats after coming back in the evening (after I asked if there was any chocolate!) The hotel is right next door to the Museum Park and across the road from Witte de Withstraat - full of restaurents, bars and arts and cultural venues. Super friendly staff and a 10 min wlk from Central Station. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I booked the hotel with breakfast buffet for our group of 3 people but didn’t get the breakfast. When we checked it, the front desk lady told us the breakfast started at 7am on weekdays and 7:30am at weekends. We would leave the hotel around 7:30am on Saturday so I asked if possible to get breakfast earlier. She said unfortunately no. On Saturday when we checked out, another staff told us actually they could have provided packaged breakfast if they knew we were leaving earlier than the breakfast time. The young lady was a new hire so she didn’t know that. I am very disappointed that the staff was not well trained. I wonder if possible I can get the fees paid for the breakfast back?

The hotel was very nice clean and modern! Our room was spacious and very quiet. We appreciated the room after a long flight. The staff was top notch. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. We both did not enjoy the food or the limited selection of the menu. We don’t recommend the restaurant.
