Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. Waited 10 mins and turned out he’s forgot my request and freely chatting with the senior manager. I stood closer and the manager gave him a hint. Saw me but then continued to chat then slowly went to take a wrong luggage to me. No apologises whatsoever. It was late at 12am and I just wanted to m shower and sleep since I had a very early meeting. Meanwhile the (suppose) senior manager just bounces every request to others by saying : you can find my colleague. He just sat at the bar and drank while there were more than 1 group of guests in need. Not sure why and they did not clean our room at the second last night with the cleaning card hanged outside. ( we left in the morning ) Another room’s guest put their finished meal in the corridor for collection but it was there whole day/night. Good location and facilities but poor service.

地理位置好而且房間闊落，但是本身酒店10分有歷史是有部份房間是有裝修過的所以整體不算新淨，但衛生情況仍可接受

Super séjour passé à Rotterdam!

Vi havde nogle dejlige overnatninger på Bilderberg. Vi have et værelse med vue ud over byen, hvilket var virkelig flot. Morgen mad og personale var rige venlige og hjælpsomme.

Great! Close to bars, restaurants and station!

The hotel in term of location is prefect! Tram and metro just next to it. 3pm check in time seems always late. We booked the triple room, one is a safabed which fit our kid. Room is very spacious for three. Room service and amenities are under request by scanning QR code. There is sauna and fitness room in case some people need it.

Decent hotel with nice modern common areas. The room was bit dated though. We were surprised there were stairs and no offer for a room that was more accessible. They should warn people when booking

Praktische Lage um Rotterdam zu erkunden: Rund 1.000 Meter vom Hauptbahnhof und das Depot Boymans um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot eine Aussicht auf die Stadt. Das große Bett war sehr bequem und der TV hatte auch deutsche Sender. Das Bad hatte eine große Dusche und verfügte über Produkte der Marke Rituals. Besonders freundlich und engagiert empfand ich das Personal. Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Hôtel très bien situé, près du transport en commun, de la gare (15 minutes de marche) et épiceries à proximité. Chambre très propre munie d’un petit frigo et personnel aimable. Salle d’entraînement et sauna disponibles.

Özellikle bize verdikleri kule aile odasının gün batımı harikaydı. Çektiğim fotolar odamızdan. Bu otelde geçirdiğimiz konaklamadan son derece memnun kaldık. Öncelikle konumu gerçekten harika; şehrin önemli noktalarına, toplu ulaşıma ve gezilecek yerlere kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Şehri keşfetmek isteyenler için büyük bir avantaj sağlıyor. Otelin genel temizliği oldukça başarılıydı. Ortak alanlar düzenli ve bakımlıydı, odalar ise ilk giriş anından itibaren tertemizdi. Yataklar, banyo ve diğer tüm alanlar hijyen konusunda güven verdi. Konforlu ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Çalışanlar ise güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Her sorumuza içtenlikle yardımcı oldular ve kendimizi misafirden çok evimizde hissedecek kadar rahat ettirdiler. Bu samimi yaklaşım otelin en güçlü yönlerinden biri. Konumu, temizliği ve profesyonel ekibiyle gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel. Tekrar aynı şehre yolumuz düşerse hiç düşünmeden yeniden tercih edeceğimiz adreslerden biri olacak.

The room is beautiful but the location near the main door and cleaning cart. We heard too many doors and cart passing by a lot. The coffee maker needs a replacement. Super noisy and shaking so much my husbands coffee fell off stand. The air isn’t suitable for the hot temps. Bed was comfortable. The restaurant was very good and staff excellent. This was overpriced in my opinion.

Het is een mooi modern hotel, met vriendelijke personeel en een goede centrale ligging in Rotterdam. Alleen de klimaat regeling was niet optimaal. Je kunt de airco maar 3 graden omlaag zetten de temperatuur wordt verder centraal bepaald. Er zijn ook geblindeerde gordijnen op de kamer waardoor je in de zomer om 4 uur wakker bent omdat het ligt zo fel is. Het inchecken ging vlot doordat je dit volledig zelf kunt doen online. Als je het hotel in komt moet je zelf via een scherm inchecken maar je moet wel een sevice fee betalen terwijl er geen personeel aan te pas komt. Dat vond ik vreemd. Parkeren was prima maar je moet wel op tijd zijn omdat er maar beperkte plaats is. En vanaf de parkeerplaats aan de achterkant, die goed beveiligd is, moet je wel middels 2 trappen naar het hotel wat niet heel prettig is met zware bagage. Verder is het hotel heel mooi en het ontbijt was ook erg lekker en veel keuze.

The air conditioning in our room was not working when we arrived. It was a hot day, and our room faced west, so it was fully sunny and hot in the room when we entered. We called the front desk about it, and we were told maintenance would be up to look at it. After about half an hour and no maintenance, we called again. This time we were told there was an issue building-wide and it was being addressed and they brought us a fan. We decided to go to dinner and hopefully things would be fixed by the time we returned. It was not. My husband, getting hot and cranky, starts looking deeply at online reviews of the hotel. Turns out there is a long documented history of hotel guests reporting air conditioning issues in the old tower - the deluxe rooms. No reported issues with the newer tower - the executive rooms. We called and asked to be moved to the new tower, and they were willing and helpful in accommodating us. So, if you really like your AC, be mindful!
