Difficile à trouver sur Mapquest car nouvelle rue. Mais le personnel et WhatsApp sont très efficaces. Facile à communiquer et très serviable.

Good breakfast at Papillion just next door. Very good pizza at Bello Gio’s by the river. Ferry free to the city nearby.

We stay with our kids 15 and 13. Be aware that the pool on the rooftop is 18+ and with they charge a fee for a few hours. The pool is on the same building but it's not part of the hotel. A big surprise and disappointment!! The fridge didn't stop making loud noises. We asked a few times to please fix it or change us to another room but they didn't do anything about it. We liked the location, it let us explore the city and the countryside

Good location, near a bus stop which takes you directly to Centraal and Zaanse Schans. Room was clean, modern and well equipped. Only downside is there is an additional charge to use the pool.

The apartment was great for our 5 night stay. Only a few minutes from the bus and 10 min walk to free ferry.

Good value in North Amsterdam. Had issues with check in but was sorted out easily with staff onsite ( in another area of the set of apartment/building complexes). Apartment had a comfortable king sofa bed that was made for or arrival. Upstairs had a comfortable queen bed; stairs are steep so may be difficult with mobility issues Had washer in our unit that was well used. Free use of the local gym. Extra towels available in the communal laundry area ( in a separate building). Air conditioning on main and second level. There is a free ferry from centraal station; the closet one is to NDSM and is a 15 minute walk to the building; not much to see on this walk since it’s very industrial. A grocery store is near the ferry dock. Minor negatives were 1) the only bathroom/ shower is on the second floor 2) you are in an industrial that doesn’t have as many restaurants as central Amsterdam ( there is one in the building that looked well visited but we didn’t try) 3) was not easy getting an Uber/Bolt in the area. Overall, because the unit was well kept, comfortable, spacious enough for 4 people, and fairly convenient when visiting central Amsterdam, I would definitely stay here again when visiting Amsterdam.

I did not like the fact that there was no daily cleaning and you had to get supplies for yourself from the communal room. Also, our room was not ready by 3pm and they made is wait for 1 hour. They also charged me 70 Euros for a microwave plate that could easily cost 15 Euros. That is like the cost of a new microwave? The location is also not convenient. You have to walk 10 minutes to get the ferry to Central.

Absolutely amazing stay. Honestly couldn't have asked for more. Things were provided that we never even thought to want! Great recommendations for the local area as well. Staff have been very helpful when we have reached out. Can there be Bob W Appartments everywhere please? Genuinely the best stay and support we have had anywhere in a long time.

Had a nice time in Amsterdam. Location is a short walk to the ferry over to Amsterdam Centraal, though not much to do immediately around the hotel itself. Amenities were very nice, like having a whole apartment. Only downside is that our pull out sleeper was broken so two of us had to sleep at an angle. There were no other rooms available at the time of our stay so unfortunately we had to deal. It was really a great stay other than this mishap. I would say better for smaller groups rather than our foursome. Very clean, self service restocks on basics, washers and lockers were a plus.

Loved Bob W. Stunning apartment complex, really good location - only a few stops on the bus to Amsterdam Centraal. The bus stop is right around the corner not even 2 minutes walk. I loved the little touches in the room like the stickers, the tote bag and the lil Polaroid camera that you can use and keep the pics (not the camera ofc so don’t pinch it 😉). The Bob W team left a lovely welcome note, the apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. You can also, use water bottles to take out and about with you to save buying water. The TV allows you to connect things like Netflix and Prime and you can also, watch normal TV channels. I was frequently messaged by the Bob W team during my stay to ensure I was happy and if I had any questions I could reach out at any point, if you’re needing extra blankets these can be found at -1 level in the washteria. I would absolutely without a doubt stay here again, the value for money was 10/10, the location and the style of the apartment, I couldn’t fault it. Highly recommend. I didn’t get the chance to try but close to Bob W is Brunchdale which serves amazing food and perfect little spot local to try.

Great apartment, the bed was incredible and very comfortable. The BOB team are very responsive and everything is easily accessible. I will be returning to stay when I next visit Amsterdam again and would recommend the stay.

The property is not well managed. There is nobody on site. I could not open the front door at first, thankfully somebody was just leaving the building. The room was ok but the window would not close properly. I knew many people who also stayed there and there was some or other issue in each room and the communication was only via WhatsApp chat bot

My family and I had a very displacing experience all through our stay in the property. We complained of not having Wi-Fi connection from the first night and there were promises to get it fix. Surprisingly this issue was left unresolved even after several emails and messages for the entire duration of our stay and thereby turning our family weekend getaway into a nightmare and causing a huge inconvenience leading to unplanned spending.

We had a great stay at the Amsterdam Bob W. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, using the great WhatsApp messaging service. We requested refills of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and the housekeeping was excellent in getting them to us. The only constructive feedback I would give is that the mattress is very firm. The studio is perfectly equipped and minimalistic.

Great place to stay. A little far from the main areas but public transit is nearby and a short trip.

My friends and I all really enjoyed our stay with Bob. Highly recommend!! Will definitely be coming back. Communication was excellent, the room had everything we needed (and more!) and the area was quite close to a grocery shop, the metro and different cafes/restaurants.
