Hotel was ok, Lucia restaurant wasn’t very good. Not many restaurants around the hotel

Had a great stay at this hotel. It's about a 20 minute bus to the centre so factor this in. Lovely cafe Villy round the corner and plenty of supermarkets. Open plan was a bit tricky and room could do with some TLC, sofa very uncomfortable and in need of repair and some nice cushions. Some parts of decor looking tired and worn.

Cleanliness, spacious and convenient

I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing I would change for my family’s comfort is to get 3 beds for a family of 6, instead of 2 beds plus a pull out couch. The place is comfortable, but at night or in the morning just before going out / sightseeing, it can get a bit crowded. Otherwise it’s close to transportation and the restaurant downstairs is a great place for breakfast or dinner. Menu has good variety and the cook is wonderful!

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was clean when we arrived, but there was no daily cleaning service. When we asked for cleaning, they rudely said rooms are only cleaned every 8 days. The reception staff were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Basic amenities like coffee and Tea, which should be included daily, were only provided on the first day after that, you had to buy everything at unreasonable prices. Not worth the money at all.

The property is great but it is miles away from the centre and taxis back were an issue.

Easy to get to. Two bathrooms was great for family of six. Nothing fancy but we would stay there again.

Close to transport links. Configuration of the room wasn’t great. Room was clean and good space however layout not ideal.

Great apartment for our big family! The kids loved the spacious area and kitchen. Nice location.

Stayed here for 5 days, was a great apartment with all essential cooking facilites. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom.

Located west of Amsterdam city center, this apartment hotel offers clean, spacious, and well-equipped rooms. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, and the location is excellent, with tram and bus stops just a few minutes’ walk away (50 meters). There are also supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. I have provided more detailed comments about the room below. Room: Spacious room, clean, small kitchen well equipped (kettle, Nespresso capsel machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, plates and glasses for 4 people, even boiler and so on.) We didn't use most of it because of our short stay, but it was all working. Smart TV (with Netflix, Youtube, Prime video all ready to use), big sofa that can be unfolded and turned into a bed for 2 people. A table for 4 people. The only thing was that there was no rug on the floor in the very feeling of the room, it would have been nicer if there was, because it was cold otherwise. Secondly, the central ventilation in the room did not give hot air even at max temperature (24 degrees), on the contrary it was cool. Especially at night we had to turn it off to avoid the cold. On our last night we even had to use the extra blankets in the room. I don't know if this is really a problem or normal for Amsterdam, because in our previous hotel the air conditioning was only cold. Walkability: Tram and bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. Bus 21 takes 20 minutes to the Central station and Tram 7 takes 15-20 minutes to citycenter.

Great place to stay with family for a few days. Great facilities and comfortable.

Property was excellent and clean and staff were incredibly lovely, would definitely recommend staying here

It was great. We would love to come back. The only inconvenient was the fire alarm ringing at 2 AM and no one gave us a clear explanation about it.
