The property is a 20-30 minute bus ride from downtown. Facility was as described although I found lighting a bit of a problem in the kitchen area, The Laundry was small with only 3 washers and 2 dryers so a bit of a wait to use that and we had to pay extra to check in early. Overall good space, clean, friendly staff. Would recommend.

We stayed in several rooms due to weather related travel challenges which led to us checking in and out several times. All of the spaces were clean and spacious. They are apartment style rooms which are ideal for families. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and the restaurant downstairs was great!

The room was spotless, the beds comfortable, staff friendly, and the restaurant downstairs was very good. We booked at the last minute but they were very accommodating.

Das Appartment war sauber, grosszügig und schön. Das Ausziehsofa ist etwas durchgelegen. Zur Autobahn hin ist der Verkehrslärm leider hörbar. Nicht funktional ist die gesamte Lichtinstallation, insbesondere für ein Viererzimmer nur ein Gesamtschalter ist absurd. Das Licht im Bad ist eine Katastrophe zum Schminken. Preis Leistung insgesamt aber gut!

Great accommodation for a city break

Lovely place. Big balcony and comfortable. Wifi is good and having breakfast daily is a bonus.

Easy commute to downtown

This is a very clean and updated hotel. They have laundry but it is on the lowest floor and is in high. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The dining was reasonable and great food. Very close to the a main bus line.

Great amount of space, lovely furniture, huge storage. Good laundry and gym. Great to have bikes we could hire (including for our child).

Forfærdelig oplevelse! Vi havde brugt lang tid på at finde det helt rigtige værelse i Amsterdam og endte efter mange timers research med at booke et specifikt værelse til fire nætter, som passede perfekt til vores behov – blandt andet med privat terrasse. Da vi ankom, viste det sig dog, at hotellet havde dobbeltbooket værelset, og det var derfor ikke tilgængeligt under hele vores ophold. Vi blev i stedet placeret på et værelse uden terrasse. Da vi efterspurgte det værelse, vi oprindeligt havde booket, blev vi lovet, at vi kunne få det efter to nætter. Men da dagen kom, var værelset igen givet til andre gæster. Som nybagte forældre til en lille baby var det erstatningsværelse, vi fik, langt fra passende. Det ødelagde en stor del af vores tur, da vi ikke havde mulighed for at sidde udenfor, mens babyen sov. Vi fik kompensation svarende til én nat, hvilket vi ikke mener står mål med, at hele vores fire dages ophold blev ødelagt.
