Great place, convenient to local transport and the staff were lovely

Everything was clean, staff very helpful. Easy to commute into town on trams & bikes (approx 20 mins)

Easy commute to downtown

This is a very clean and updated hotel. They have laundry but it is on the lowest floor and is in high. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The dining was reasonable and great food. Very close to the a main bus line.

Great amount of space, lovely furniture, huge storage. Good laundry and gym. Great to have bikes we could hire (including for our child).

Forfærdelig oplevelse! Vi havde brugt lang tid på at finde det helt rigtige værelse i Amsterdam og endte efter mange timers research med at booke et specifikt værelse til fire nætter, som passede perfekt til vores behov – blandt andet med privat terrasse. Da vi ankom, viste det sig dog, at hotellet havde dobbeltbooket værelset, og det var derfor ikke tilgængeligt under hele vores ophold. Vi blev i stedet placeret på et værelse uden terrasse. Da vi efterspurgte det værelse, vi oprindeligt havde booket, blev vi lovet, at vi kunne få det efter to nætter. Men da dagen kom, var værelset igen givet til andre gæster. Som nybagte forældre til en lille baby var det erstatningsværelse, vi fik, langt fra passende. Det ødelagde en stor del af vores tur, da vi ikke havde mulighed for at sidde udenfor, mens babyen sov. Vi fik kompensation svarende til én nat, hvilket vi ikke mener står mål med, at hele vores fire dages ophold blev ødelagt.

We stayed at the extra large two bedroom which was spacious but there were no walls between bedrooms. The location is a little further out and finding the right bus stop could be confusing at first. We chose Cityden because it had laundry facilities but it had only 3washing machines of which 1was broken and 2dryers that take time.

It’s good next to Metro Station but to and from the Uber service is expensive.

Das Apartment war enttäuschend und absolut überteuert. Es gab während des gesamten Aufenthalts keinerlei Reinigungsservice – das Zimmer wurde nie gesäubert. Für jede Kleinigkeit wurde extra Geld verlangt, obwohl das Hotel ohnehin nicht günstig war. Der Boden war ungepflegt, Hausschuhe oder grundlegende Hygieneartikel fehlten komplett. Insgesamt ein sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das ich so nicht noch einmal buchen würde.

Everything is perfect. Excellent service. Well-equipped apartment.

Close to train and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Room cleaning was not included daily and the staff were quite brusque and often seemed hassled when dealing with customer service requests. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly excellent.

We arrived to Amsterdam from Copenhagen and noticed how much dirtier Amsterdam is. More graffiti and trash lining the streets. The area we stayed was overall cleaner and tidier than the other areas we walked. While there is lots of green spaces, city garbage bins are full and spilling out.

Great location, staff are amazing, good size rooms with kitchen facilities, easy access to transport and walkable to many areas.

Everything was perfect apart from the laundry. The machines were busy in the evenings.

The landscape areas around the property could be improved by doing better gardening work. The hotel itself is nice. The transportation system in Amsterdam is excellent which makes it convenient to get to many places in the city.

Muy buen apartamento.. amplio.. cerca de supermercado y con parqueadero de pago en el lugar..cerca se puede tomar transporte público que le permite visitar el centro con facilidad. Calidad precio está muy bien

We had a wonderful family stay! Easy check in, wonderful helpful & welcoming staff after a long flight / jet lag from Canada! Welcome mini Stroopwafels was nice for my kids. Staff are all knowledgeable, well trained and knew all the answers to all my questions. Rooms are exactly as they look in pictures. Very clean, spotless - you can’t find a speckle of dust if you try. Luggage storage was very convenient too. Comfy queen size bed and comfy pull out sofa bed. High pillows, clean linens and bedding. Air Conditioning works well, which is the main reason we choose this hotel for a hot summer stay! Kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a full meal should you choose to. Albert Heijn 5 min walk. Laundry facilities has full size washers and dryers, comes with detergent. Location is convenient and easy to get into Amsterdam Central with various routes / times. There is a little parkette in the front for kids to burn some energy. Breakfast was very filling and comes with a lot. Would stay again! Thanks Cityden Bolo Den staff for a wonderful easy safe stay!

Lekker veel ruimte. Vreemd om borg te betalen en dan zo veel verwaarloosde dingen tegen te komen.
