Nice property at the edge of the water. Not sure I got the booked room as it said lake view but only had a look at a tiny bit of the harbour. For the rest enjoyed my stay and the room was comfortable.

I would give the stay a higher rating if the staff was more willing to problem solve. The AC was not functioning in our room on a 33C day. No manager on duty, would not refund my money to find another place to stay, no fans available. I ended up waking up in a literal pool of sweat. Frustrating night for an otherwise nice hotel.

Whole experience was amazing, scenery is spectacular, service is splendid, maintenance is brand new, and clean as a bell. Room was cosy and warm, the bed soft as whipped cream, shower really big and wonderfull. Wifi is very quick, overall it was a great stay

The hotel has one of the nicest views possible, looking out over the harbour, and our room was spacious and comfortable. It was also lacking some maintenance, with wallpaper coming off the wall. Service in the restaurant was poor and impersonal, and the food was not great (undercooked fish, and a egg-cup size basket of fries even when ordering separately).
In the shower, we found hair sticking to the wall, left behind by a previous occupant - and that while the hotel was supposedly implementing extra cleaning due to Covid. For a hotel that is more expensive than most in the region, this is all severely lacking, despite the view.
