Good service

Staff were excellent but housekeeping need a list to follow of what is needed, Shower half wall produced water on floor with no bath mat to mop up. Coffee supplies not restocked. Breakfast excellent (best experienced) Front desk folk excellent and overall great. When request for hopusekeeping, prompt. Had to collect towels from front desk. Staffing issues??

The hotel is near the ferry and train stations. It offers a nice continental breakfast included with your reservation.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a wonderful night view.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Matteo at check-in was outstanding – very friendly, professional, and always ready with useful information throughout my stay. Most of the staff were also welcoming and smiling, both at reception and in the breakfast/bar area, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The room was spacious, with beautiful design, perfect lighting, excellent soundproofing, efficient air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed. I also appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel is, with an excellent kit provided for my dogs. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops, and metro/ferry connections to the city center within 1–1.5 km. I really liked the lobby and the small shop at the entrance. On the downside, the carpet had many stains that made it look older than it is, I found some hair in the toilet, and I missed having a minibar. I also think the wooden outdoor tables look a bit out of place compared to the otherwise modern and elegant décor of the hotel, almost like camping furniture. Finally, service at those tables was very slow – after waiting 45 minutes one evening, I decided to leave. Overall, a very good experience with only a few details to improve, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort, design, location, and friendly staff.

I liked how convenient it is to travel to Amsterdam Centraal Station from the hotel with the metro, as well as the option to rent bicycles (although I did not use it as I can't navigate the city well yet without my phone). The staff and services were helpful and friendly. Only gripe is the area outside of the hotel which can be too quiet and dark to see properly sometimes, however it is still safe and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

They never cleaned my room poor service

Nice hotel, great breakfast. Not the best area with limited dining away from the main action. Quiet though as a result.

The staff had our room ready before the check in time. This was excellent cause my wife and I were both tired from flying all day and she is 20 weeks pregnant. It was nice to have our room ready when we got in. Thank you to the staff

We came in rather early in around 11:30 in morning and were very tired from the time change. We just wanted to check in and rest however we couldn’t check in till almost a half an hour after the check in start time. It took all day for them to finish preparing the room. I saw quite a few people checking in with no problem,we weren’t one of them. The only thing I can think of is the higher floor. Your room is on the longer it takes for them to get to that floor. I don’t know, but it took them until well after 3 o’clock to have the room ready for us to check into. I’ve stayed in Europe quite a few times and once they know you’re in the hotel even if it’s a little bit before checkout time, they usually attempt to try to get the room ready. They didn’t make any attempts to get the room ready it was come back in a couple hours. Nope it’s 3 o’clock. It’s still not ready. Sorry you’re gonna have to wait longer. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The hotel was modern. The room was nice. We didn’t realize we had to request cleaning. No face cloths. Breakfast was just satisfactory. The eggs were cold.

We arrived early into Amsterdam and using the train from the airport and metro, we arrived at the hotel around 0830. We were told check in was not before 3pm, we will store your luggage but basically, go away! We’ve traveled to other locations and arrived early and other hotels have stored our luggage and have been rather nice about it. This hotel’s response (from the person who identified as the Manager), was basically go away. We did explore Amsterdam and returned at 3pm and were checked it.

Jabaree at the front desk was very helpful and friendly! we will return for sure!
