Triple room had super comfortable beds and pillows. The best we had out of two hotels and one AirBnB during a two week Europe trip. Staff 24hr will free cappuccino maker in lobby. Comfortable and clean, and very affordable

I stayed at this centrally located hotel for two nights in a single bedroom.
The room was adequate for my visit, clean with a spacious bathroom.
The staff are very friendly and accomodating.
It was well worth worth what I paid

The property is in a great location in the city. Staff were very friendly. Very happy with our stay. Our only complaint would be the noise. Not the hotels fault but during our stay there were some works happening to the building. Leading to banging and drilling at silly times right at our window. Other than that happy with our stay for the price we paid and would recommend.

The hotel was centrally located..but that was the only perk. The front door is always open to a very busy street. The staff is not very helpful and a bit rude. They always say “I’ll have to speak to my manager”. The manger is never in. The rooms are tiny with limited places to put anything. There is mold in the bathroom. We found bed bugs twice. Let them fumigate once and found them again the next day.

Overpriced. If you arent familiar with European style bathroom then this is not the place for you. No lift so carrying 30 kg luggage up verticle staircase is very difficult.

Staff was honestly very unfriendly and not very welcoming. No elevator, you must use the steep steps. Extremely overpriced for the quality of the hotel. The rooms are so small can barely move. The property and rooms are also very unsanitary. The location is good if you want to be in the main city center but definitely not the nicest location in Amsterdam and still a far walk from many tourist places and attractions. Would not recommend.

An absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of it all. The price affordable and the staff was super helpful when asked.
That being said, there was too much furniture for that tiny/cozy room. The minuscule pillows were very comfy but also the size was of Chicklets. While it was manageable, no fitted sheets? I mean really, I’m mean it’s 2025.
No refrigerator. Not a dealbreaker, but inconvenient. Also oddly no food allowed in the rooms, but enforced as well as building security. (See below). The television was medium to terrible, though fellow current events junkies would appreciate that 97% of available programming was news.
While I am not a fearful person, being on a the lowest level but above the street, the security was unmistakably poor. The often wide open, and never locked front door, anyone from the street could easily get up the giant flight of stairs to nearly any spot in the property. So, it’s more like a motel than hotel— so not even really is not buyer beware— just buyer be aware.

The location of the hotel is the best thing about it!! Everything is in walking distance! Only negative point is the STAIRS, going up the stairs with luggage is tough!

Nothing wrong with this hotel at all - it is exactly what it claims to be and if you just want somewhere to stay that is clean, safe and relatively cheap compared to others in the vicinity then this is all you need.- The staff were great and friendly, facilities are limited but then this is just a room and board type affair and if you want a bar etc. just go outside.

The hotel had a great location but that was the only good thing about the hotel. We visited while they were having some maintenence work done on the outside of the building and we would wake up every morning because of the noises. The hotel didn't have any stairs and was difficult to move around with luggages. Needless ti comment on the size of the room... very uncomfortable..
They found bed bugs in the room next to us!
