Triple room had super comfortable beds and pillows. The best we had out of two hotels and one AirBnB during a two week Europe trip. Staff 24hr will free cappuccino maker in lobby. Comfortable and clean, and very affordable

I stayed at this centrally located hotel for two nights in a single bedroom. The room was adequate for my visit, clean with a spacious bathroom. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. It was well worth worth what I paid

Seen lots of bad reviews but honestly this place was spot on for anyone needing big attractions within walking distance. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom with walk in shower no complaints at all. Free hot drinks 24/7 and vending machines in reception. We were greeted by a great receptionist who explained everything very well. Even when we left another receptionist asked if we remembered our phones and passports as he could tell we had been to coffee shop. Overall 5 stars from me great for a fair priced stay in the city centre

Convenient to the Amsterdam Centraal rail station, shopping and restaurants. No elevator but owner helped carry luggage up the stairs.

Staff was honestly very unfriendly and not very welcoming. No elevator, you must use the steep steps. Extremely overpriced for the quality of the hotel. The rooms are so small can barely move. The property and rooms are also very unsanitary. The location is good if you want to be in the main city center but definitely not the nicest location in Amsterdam and still a far walk from many tourist places and attractions. Would not recommend.

An absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of it all. The price affordable and the staff was super helpful when asked. That being said, there was too much furniture for that tiny/cozy room. The minuscule pillows were very comfy but also the size was of Chicklets. While it was manageable, no fitted sheets? I mean really, I’m mean it’s 2025. No refrigerator. Not a dealbreaker, but inconvenient. Also oddly no food allowed in the rooms, but enforced as well as building security. (See below). The television was medium to terrible, though fellow current events junkies would appreciate that 97% of available programming was news. While I am not a fearful person, being on a the lowest level but above the street, the security was unmistakably poor. The often wide open, and never locked front door, anyone from the street could easily get up the giant flight of stairs to nearly any spot in the property. So, it’s more like a motel than hotel— so not even really is not buyer beware— just buyer be aware.

The location of the hotel is the best thing about it!! Everything is in walking distance! Only negative point is the STAIRS, going up the stairs with luggage is tough!

Nothing wrong with this hotel at all - it is exactly what it claims to be and if you just want somewhere to stay that is clean, safe and relatively cheap compared to others in the vicinity then this is all you need.- The staff were great and friendly, facilities are limited but then this is just a room and board type affair and if you want a bar etc. just go outside.

The hotel had a great location but that was the only good thing about the hotel. We visited while they were having some maintenence work done on the outside of the building and we would wake up every morning because of the noises. The hotel didn't have any stairs and was difficult to move around with luggages. Needless ti comment on the size of the room... very uncomfortable.. They found bed bugs in the room next to us!

We booked For one night somewhere to rest our heads after a busy day sightseeing. Hotel reception was a little hectic. Room had 3 small singles which was fine for one night but any longer would have been a challenge. Room space could be re designed to optimise space. So many bedside tables and things in the way. Beds comfy. Would have liked extra pillows. Bathroom great and shower was really powerful. Great location. No lift just lots of stairs but We didn’t mind. Would stay again if we needed a place to stay in the city.
