Loved this hotel.. great free shuttle to ferry which was also free. Great sweets and fresh water in the lobby ! We took advantage of the free drink coupon if you chose not to have your room cleaned! Win Win! Lovely bar staff too! Well done 👏

Good hotel a bit out of the city centre but a free shuttle bus is a nice touch. Couple of small points wood chip wallpaper needs removing to look more modern, and a nice picture on wall would be a nice touch, no fan in shower, could do with one, and we did get bitten by mosquitoes in room which was a shame, if you stay take some cream.

The free shuttle service is the deal breaker, if you do not want to be in the middle of it all then this hotel is perfectly located, a 5 minute shuttle ride to the free ferry getting you to central station in 10 minutes.
