I had an excellent stay at the Pulitzer! It’s a mini magical universe. Each and every staff member go over and beyond to make you feel at home and looked after ( much appreciated as a solo female traveler with hideous jet-lag). I look forward to returning!

Great hotel in an excellent location. Staff very helpful and the best fresh cooked breakfast we’ve eaten. We were even surprised to find a cake in our room as a gesture of goodwill to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately our room wasn’t clean to the standards you would expect for a hotel of this calibre. Some days we were not sure if the cleaner had even been in to clean the room. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was comfortable but the location was unacceptable. We had a first floor room that opened to a courtyard where bikes were stored. Our checkout experience was also unacceptable. Despite paying ahead of time they attempted to charge us again for the room and at a different rate.

There were many instances where they fell short, especially with front desk and housekeeping. However, the final straw was when housekeeping took a used bath towel from the bathroom floor, folded it up and put it back on the towel rack! I will avoid this hotel and every other one managed by this group.

This has probably been the worst hotel we have stayed in my entire life (and i travel a fair bit). It started with us booking a 25 sq my room and they put us in. 17 sq mt room and essentially said too bad. Second: for all five days and consistently, they got our rooms mixed up and last names mixed up with other Indian guests - sent me wrong bills, checked me out of the room on the wrong date and it was just a terrible experience, sent me a notice to clear the bill when i had already paid. Said they waived off my breakfast as an apology when i didn’t have breakfast even a single day, these guys were just plain racist and highly inefficient. They even sent my friend to a wrong room with someone else’s luggage breaching their privacy. Worst hospitality. Stay at the NH collection.

Just a wonderful hotel in a great location. The rooms were very nice, especially for being converted canal houses. Very unique. Great bars, great staff. Could rent nice bikes for 20 Euro for 24 hours which was very convenient. The breakfast was not worth the spend in my opinion and I would not recommend paying the $40 Euro per person for it. Great breakfast choices within 3-5 min easy walk. We walked from central station to the hotel and it takes about 15-20 min but a nice walk with rolling luggage.

The Pulitzer hotel is comprised of 25 original houses that were joined to make one elegant hotel in the center of town. Our suite overlooked the canal behind the hotel and there were many changing things to see. Boats passing, parakeets in the trees, people. Whoever the architect was managed to preserve many of the original features including the many small gardens. You are bound to enjoy staying here.
