Great location and amazing staff. Landed at 7 am from an international flight and my room was ready! The charm and authenticity of a canal house with the amenities of a luxury hotel! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect! Book this hotel!! Definitely plan on returning and would only stay here!!

Lovely hotel. The location was excellent.
Showers are great.
Breakfast was too expensive though at €44 pp
Service was average.
Asked for an ironing board and it took around 40 mins and 3 phone calls before it arrived.
There was no turn down service and no little treats which was disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

The location of the hotel cannot be beat.
In a quiet area Away from the hustle and bustle, that’s still close to the main attractions.
Our room had a fantastic view over a canal – look like a painting. Upgrading to a canal view is worth it.
