This Hostel

Good location but bathrooms were not very well stocked. Some shower units didnt have soap and not enough towels.

This is an amazing hostel in the heart of the City. Just a few minute walk from the Amsterdam Central train station. The pod rooms are very clean and very functional. We had a canal view room and the natural light was very nice. The restroom/shower room was well stocked with extra towels and wash clothes. Showers stocked with shampoo and body wash. There is a laundromat just a few doors down the street if you need to do your laundry. We chose to include breakfast with our stay and it was quick and tasty. The ladies at the front desk are very knowledgeable, super friendly and really make guests feel welcome. We would absolutely stay again on future vacations and would recommend This Hostel to anyone!

I like the area of where this hostel is located, in the middle of the city centre! Everything is close by or a 5-10 min walking I just felt a bit too warm inside the room, luckily the staff at reception gave me a fan upon request, but still, it was quite hot and the mattress was a bit hard for me. Overall a good experience

Clean place, no issues with the restroom area as well as the cube itself.

First time sleeping in a capsule style hostel. Pros - it was very clean inside the rooms and also the shared bathroom was clean. Good location to walk around, close to the train station. Cons - I personally wasnt used to the small floor space, was abit of a challenge for 2 people trying to get ready at the same time. Rooms took abit of time to cool down. I think this location is very close to the nightlife so it was quite busy on the streets. Overall, if small spaces don't bother you then you will be fine staying here. If you want alot more space then this hostel will not work for you.

The location and staff were great. The only thing missing was air conditioning.

Great stay in the cube. It’s comfortable and well priced. I would definitely return. Only comment I would make is that the air con in our section of the corridor was not as cool as the others, the room felt a bit warm

Good place

Very close to train station and town ! A little hip hostel place, check in is the same as the restaurant, which is a bit confusing. Wish the shower had hooks. Room is clean, just very small with very little room to move but comfortable.

I loved this hostel! The vibe was amazing — cool, unique, and modern. Everything was very clean. The room looked smaller on the website, but in person, it was the perfect size. The location is great, especially being so close to the central station. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The shower did not work very well

The staff was really nice and helpful. My issue with this property is that they show 2 types of cubes on Expedia when they just have one, with a shared bathroom. The other issue I guess is just the price was way over the top for a super tiny room but that was my problem for not checking other hotels.

This Hostel was a great place to stay in Amsterdam! Staff were very welcoming upon our arrival and our room and hostel facilities were kept clean and neat. Hostel is divided into individual pods for additional privacy and space and the hostel has a fun vibe and decor. The area near the hostel is bustling and full of shops, places to eat and is very walkable.

Central, clean and friendly

My boyfriend and I stayed at The Hostel for three nights and we loved it- perfect location and the most helpful staff, couldn’t recommend enough!

It is situated in the centre so very convenient. It has updated decor and is fairly clean. The issue is that it is so noisy, you can literally hear everything. From doors shutting, foot steps, talking, music etc. I am a light sleeper so barely slept. I stayed solo and the size of the room although small was not too much of an issue. However I do feel as though if there were two people in a room this would be very cramped. The bathrooms are for both genders, this was not an issue until one morning I was brushing my teeth whilst a man decided to wash his hair in the sink and then clear his nose in the sink too. I checked in and out on the tablets so never saw a person who worked there. Overall it was cheap so can’t really complain but I wouldn’t recommend it. If you do stay though I would recommend eating in Fiona which is attached to the hostel, especially on a Tuesday as they have a deal with tacos and a cocktail.

Everything was great beyond expectation. The bar, the cubes, the staff. It felt very homey
