The staff are very helpful. The rooms are very clean and lounge/waiting area is very spacious and with comfortable seats. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice stay and staff were lovely. Very comfortable room and a quiet nights sleep. Great location for the city with easy walking, but not right in the middle of all the hustle.
Only slight downside (not really major) was the instant coffee and the volume of music when we visited the on-site bar. But definitely a great hotel and will be back for another stay.

Stayed in a deluxe king room with lovely harbour view, would highly recommend. Room is well appointed and nicely sized, with a comfortable bathroom. Was only there for one night but could have easily stayed a week. Soundproofing was great as well, and the staff friendly and helpful.

Absolutely disgusted. Heat pump too cold shower too cold. Staff walked straight into room without knocking. Treated extremely poorly. Had me removed by police over minor misunderstanding. They did not listen to me. I would not recommend this hotel to my Dog. Totally dissatisfied

The room was quiet and comfortable. Great access to the city sites and eateries. Works outside made parking awkward- getting told I shouldn’t have self-parked wasn’t the best start. Really expensive parking and breakfast. The cleaners and one of the dining room staff were lovely and friendly. The rest of them were like prancing princesses. Wouldn’t bother again.

The entrance looks as though you can drive up to the office, as first time stayers, we tried to do that, as the drive forward is almost a right-angle and it looked like we could drive up to the office we tried and the damage seen is a burst tyre. However the valet service was excellent, if expensive.

Loved the unique layout of the room. Bed was super comfortable and added touches including organic coffee, teas, yoga mat and foam roller were a nice surprise. Staff were really helpful with organizing transport to the airport. Excellent value for the money!
