Radisson Hotel, Lagos Ikeja

excellent service, good food and walking distance to things

Nice property.

Friendly staff but hygiene is poor due to bath maintainance not thorough.

The Hotel was really good , the only issue was the Air condition unit fan , the noise from the fan need attention, loud in the middle of the nights. The Hotel management services was excellent, very top quality services from the guys at the reception, the like of Femi,the morning reception teams , john from the restaurants, everyone was very good and a very big thank you to this guys .

Positives- Staff are very welcoming, and does an excellent job escorting and helping you bring luggage to your room. They write and explain what number to call for front desk and check the room for you. I love that there were things that were complimentary especially a razor with shaving cream. Love love you pay once on expedia and there's no extra hidden fees where your card is on hold, until you leave. Negative- I didn't like that as a visitor they didn't have anything for you to wash your body with (ec:washcloth Or african sponge) and they didn't know what a washcloth was. But, I understand it's not usa so everyone doesn't use those things, but at least something smaller then regular towel or hand towel. Also, There was weird smell in the room a lil, such the phone smelled bad. Thankfully I wipe it with clorox wipes. Lastly, as I'm checking the bed, found a guest had hidden sum under for intimacy so I threw that out. Overall, I would recommend and stay because it was beautiful accommodation services, the room was big and nice, and I love that bathroom had shower and bathtub. The mirror in the bathroom was very nice as well.

I liked the pool set up. Clean property. Great staff. Adebola was a nice guy. Even security are very nice. Room service food is not the best though. Lots of honking from traffic from the room. But safe area.

The hotel was fine. Most staff were very helpful. I made two requests that went unanswered. But overall my stay was fine.

Well located . Not as busy as the Raddison next door . Feels homely and the staff are very friendly and accommodative . Only gripe I had was the positioning of the toilet next to the shower cubicle . Felt like and afterthought . Also the housekeeping staff kept forgetting to put a floor towel in my room . Also face towels are not provided in the room which would have been a good addition . Otherwise the property is in a great location in Ikeja and the buffet options were great as well as the friendliness of the staff

Clean property in and out, tight security, wonderful staff, great food! On the flip side, arguably the most expensive gift shop on earth!

The key card failed severally. Other than that it was a lovely experience. Staff were courteous, friendly and willing to assist in any way they can.

Our stay was ok We forgot an pack of clothes in the room and spoke with the manager Regina who responded to the call. She promised to keep them following instructions for the person who'd pick it up. The dispatcher attempted over 3 times but they claimed thay had no idea. We attempted to correspond with Regina but she went cold turkey on us. If one cann not even trust where they reside, that is very worrisome to me. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend Radisson hotel becauae they did not put the client first. They did not keep a promise.

Service and people were fantastic Lacks the small basic necessities. No handwash in the bathroom. Dispenses of shampoos was difficult to use.
