Super helpful receptionist who gave me the option to move rooms at check in as I had arrived early and my room wasn’t ready yet. She also gave me lots of information. Very clean rooms & comfy beds, lovely view from my room. Clean bathrooms and toilets,

Very accomodating reception, with very friendly staff! Clean and quiet hotel and place is less than 10mins walk to the city centre with all the shops, restaurants, pubs and meeting points for tours.😄

It was a great and clean hotel, although we need extra effort to reach the hotel as we need to walk on the uphill road about 400metres from the bus stop. The hotel also change its name to be Enter Backpak Hotel and we need to ask some people to find the hotel.
