Newly built chalets in traditional Norwegian style, ie turf roofs. Very fun!

We had a great two-night stay at Stranda. The cabin was recently renovated and made a smart use of space. It was in a quiet location, handy to ferries and two supermarkets. The service was friendly too. If we were more organised, we also could have had a barbecue on the balcony.

It is beautiful and very quiet and away from tourists. Ruth on the desk is surfer helpful and she told me exactly what to do locally and it was perfect. We booked for two days but stayed for four and I could have stayed there the whole trip.
