Hotel was fine but there were two problems: 1. There was only one person handling check-in and there was a long line (especially because one customer kept harassing the lone staff member). Add some staff! 2. The chimney in the main area is not working! There was smoke going everywhere and I can only assume all smoke detectors have been turned off.

I was there just to sleep from 430 pm and then leave at 115 am the next morning after the Midnight Sun. In such a short time including sleep time I walked away with great feelings to this hotel. The check out process was so good with two individuals at the front desk. Incredible customer service. I’ll return

Absolut inte värt priset vi betalade. Har bott på många Scandic hotell och detta var den sämsta och dyraste. Kändes mer som ett vandrarhem. Stanken i rummet var kväljande. Personalen titta på detta vid ankomst och bara konstaterade att, ja det luktar illa men kunde inte göra något annat en skapa ett tvärdrag i rummet. Då det var 8 grader ute så ja, det blev väldigt kallt!! ”Hotellet ” var fullbokat så dem kunde inte ge oss något annat rum. Läget för resmålet var perfekt, varför vi valde detta hotell för våran resa. Frukosten var helt okej. Själva frukostsalen var som en skolmatsal med långa bord, inte alls mysigt. Hela konceptet verkade vara uppbyggt runt alla bussresenärer från när och fjärran. Personalen pratade enbart engelska, Beklagar Scandic men långt ifrån värt kostnaden!

Nordkappissa yöpyivät suuret bussimakaryhmät samaan aikaan, mutta esim. aamiainen sujui kuitenkin hyvin. Paikka on hyvä ja siitä paasee parille lyhyellekin vaellusreitille, kuin myös se on lähellä Nordkappia. Myös läheinen pikkukaupunki oli viehättävä pistäytyä. Yö hotellissa rauhallinen.
