Bristol Panama, a Registry Collection Hotel

Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Clean, friendly and price was very reasonable.

The property is beautiful and quiet, and everybody who works here is kind and professional. I. Can easily walk to a grocery store and come restaurants with Panamanian food and drink.

Elegant and discreet. Everything was in good shape and the service was good.

I asked for a room upgrade at check-in and was immediately told I was getting the room I had paid for. In addition, when I asked about access to the sauna/hammam area, which I’d read was available to hotel guests, I was told it was ONLY available to VIPs such as the general manager of COPA airlines and I didn’t meet their criteria of a VIP guest. I was made to feel like I wasn’t worthy.

Great hotel, great food, killer spa! Will stay again.

The location is perfect. the hotel is old and must be upgraded. The staff are okay, but not friendly.

Beautiful property with friendly and professional staff. The location was relatively close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and the old town.

From check-in to check-out, our stay was impeccably good. Gabriel and Leonardo, who valeted our rental, greeted us with courtesy and professionalism. Josue checked us in and provided all the necessary information to have our stay go smoothly. Again, courteous and professional. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and there were a variety of stations. Service was provided so helpfully by Stephany and Moises. They never wanted you to lift a finger. There were other servers whose names I don't remember, but they, too, should be included in this review as outstanding. Axel and Blanca during our evening cocktail hour were fun and gave such good recommendations on the tapas. Everything was excellent. The building itself was a little older, but the accommodations were clean and the sheets fresh. Nice touch with the turndown service and macaroons that was supposed to give us "sweet dreams". Bottom line: you can't go wrong with a stay at the Bristol. Should we ever return to Panamá City, we would love to stay here again.

Bristol hotel has good location and excellent service including restaurant. The view from the hotel is on concrete jungles of Panama-city with unfinished abandoned garage construction site
