Best conditions, kind staffs, good services

Old.. Not clean pool. I had problem to access the room because the card keys did not work, so I requeted the front for the new keys three times, and finally got the keys several hours later.. Safe box in the room did not work two times while I was staying there.. The gym is good. Foods were okay.

Quarto super limpo, bonito e espaçoso - na tower. Hotel seguro, funcional, localização boa, equipe atenciosa. Fácil chamar Uber. Restaurante do hotel ótimo. Ficaria nele novamente com certeza. Bom de sair andando, próximo a várias atrações como a cinta costeria e cafés próximos.

Excellent and helpful staff, attentive service, excellent food, classy ambiance, cleanliness, refreshing sliced fruit water dispensers in the lobby, timely valet parking, could not recommend them more.

I had high expectations for my stay at Bristol Panama, but unfortunately the experience fell short—primarily due to service. To start with the positives, the rooms themselves were very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel has a solid physical product, and from that standpoint, it feels like a 5-star property. Breakfast was okay—nothing bad, but nothing particularly memorable either. Where things really broke down was in the service, especially leading up to the stay. I was planning a special weekend and reached out in advance for some assistance. Since there is no U.S. phone number, I tried contacting the hotel via WhatsApp but never received a response. I then emailed—initially I did get a reply, but when I followed up with a more detailed message explaining my situation and asking a few questions, I never heard back. I sent another follow-up specifically calling out the lack of response… and still nothing. For a hotel that positions itself as 5-star, this level of communication is disappointing. When guests take the time to plan something special and reach out proactively, responsiveness should be a given. Overall, while the rooms are strong, the service—particularly communication—did not meet expectations, and that ultimately defined the experience for me.

I received an upgrade to a residential space which was phenomenal - apartment living. The restaurant and spa were wonderful. However, the premises offered very little outdoor space, with a very small lap pool that was underwhelming. On a separate note, housekeeping tossed out food I stored in the refrigerator and removed all of the mini bar snacks and drinks prior to my departure. I reached out to the front desk twice to inform them of this, but no one followed up on what happened. So, that was a disappointment. Overall, a beautiful property but I’d prefer one with greater walkability and better outdoor facilities (pool area).

Clean room and good selection for breakfast but expensive (buffet was $30 per person).

O hotel é muito confortável, staff atencioso, perto de tudo, bem centralizado, porém não me hospedaria no Bristol outra vez, o bar faz eventos, desde happy hour a baladas até tarde da noite, fedor terrível de charutos até ficar sem dormir, com som estridente invadindo nosso quarto. Liguei três vezes para recepção, a resposta sempre a mesma, já vai terminar. Varou a noite dia seguinte, tivemos que ir para o aeroporto muito cansado. No checkout, nenhum pedido de desculpas.

The pool area is bad

När personalen hörde att vi var på vår smekmånad, skickade de upp en kyld flaska champagne och chokladdoppade jordgubbar till oss! ❤️❤️❤️ Det är lite svårt att ta sig fram till fots i Finansdistriktet, men Uber kommer på bara några minuter och tar dig lätt överallt. Poolen är endast för motion (lap pool) och området invid är inte det mysigaste för att bara hänga. Men lobbyn är trevlig och restaurangen Salsipuedes har en fantastisk frukostbuffet. Badrummet var en dröm, med både stor dusch och stort badkar, samt mysiga badrockar.

Es un muy buen hotel. Excelente ubicación, buenas instalaciones. La comida regular. Esta vez pedí unas toallas y pasaron 15 minutos y no las traían. Me tocó llamar otra vez y fue entonces que las llevaron. Eso no deberia ocurrir en un hotel 5 estrellas

The hotel was excellent. Great location and an outstanding staff. If you stay here check out Concolon Panamanian Street Food, just around the corner. Inexpensive and may have been the best food we had in Panama.

O quarto era amplo e confortável. A localização foi boa porque dividimos com outra acomodação no Casco Viejo. O atendimento foi cortes. Comparado ao valor da diária, achei os serviços de spa e restaurante um pouco mais elevados. Tivemos um problema no check out, pois não localizaram nosso pré pagamento. Foi preciso que eu mostrasse o pagamento no meu cartão de crédito o que gerou atraso e um certo stress. Sugiro rever isso ou sinalizar no check in , o que teria sido bem melhor que no check out.
