Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide vadiety of options. The Pollo con Coco we had for dinner was delicious, with the candied peppers. We love staying here when we come to the city.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful views of nature and nature Walks offered for free. Clean, spacious room with large windows overlooking the rainforest. The bathroom has a big shower, large sink and mirror.

I was placed next to a room which had a dog which barked constantly. I was moved to a room above the ballroom where a dj played pounding music until 11:45 despite my complaints that I couldn’t sleep. The safe did not reopen and maintenance had to be called.

Room was good but shower temperature varied greatly. Staff was fantastic - the best part alongside the rainforest in the back. The golf course for the kids was in very bad shape. The pool was often dirty.

The room had no hand towels or hand soap by the sink I had to use shampoo to wash my hands. I bought lunch off the menu and the hostess refused to provide a container to take the leftovers with me, though I got a container on an earlier visit to the restaurant I understand they don't want people taking food from the buffet, but this was the same hostess who brought the menu, took my order, and then took my payment.

As a whole: The hotel is pretty and the price is good. Our room was freezing and wet which made the floors slippery and unsafe. No small table or chairs in room. Soap and toilet paper refilled. At the restaurant the service was terrible. Overall I am not sure I'd stay here again and I would not recommend to others.
