Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfy bed. The breakfast was the best I'd had in the Cusco area for hotels. Highly recommend taking a dip in the deep soak tub, especially if you just finished any of the treks in the area. High end feel to the hotel. I wish I would have stayed the whole trip here and would stay here again.

Good for one night. The beds are a little uncomfortable, but the continental breakfast was good for those early mornings.

This property was conveniently located near the city center, is a prime location for most tours that offer pick up at the location, and offered airport pickup and drop off. It was perfect for my sister and I.

Love the location yet in a very busy area of the historical area. Lots of shopping, dining and transportation options. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would give the staff a 10/10. I loved they did same day laundry services. Breakfast was great and had options for my dietary restrictions.

Hotel is nice, breakfast is good. There are glasses in the bathroom, and we called the front desk to ask if the water was safe to drink from the tap - some hotels in Peru have filtration systems - the guy at the front desk said emphatically that it was safe. We asked in both English and Spanish. My husband drank a little of the water and got quite ill. The next morning we advised the front desk and the woman working said under no circumstances is it safe to drink. It is our fault - we should not have taken the chance, because it’s rule of thumb in Peru to only drink bottled. However we were misinformed, which was probably a miscommunication of some sort… anyway, the hotel was apologetic but did not try to help

The windows to our room opened into the courtyard/lobby of the hotel, so in trying to keep our room cool we were subjected to a ton of noise at weird hours of the night. I think our room had it the worst, but it wasn't the greatest experience.
