Very nice hotel with easy walk to park and shopping

As it is located in the heart of Miraflores, you can easily access to anything that any tourist needs such as transportation, restaurants, city attractions , money exchange, SIM cards, shopping, … The rooms are clean and regularly get cleaned everyday. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options.

The hotel staff was incredibly rude. They refused to check us in after telling us it was ok to book to sleep for an hour before catching our flights. We were willing to pay full price and the front desk refused to check us in after we booked online per their direction, then proceeded to waste 45 minutes telling us we couldnt check in because we didn’t have enough time for the airport. We not only lost 45 minutes to arguing with the front desk instead of sleeping for an hour, then we proceeded to be at the airport too early, as we predicted we would be. The hotel has been fully unresponsive to our refund request, and was incredibly rude to us in person. I would NEVER recommend anyone staying at this property and the hotel staff really needs better training.

Awesome place

This is a beautiful hotel and is close to many places and restaurants! The rooms were clean and comfortable!! Highly recommended this Hotel!

Jose the concierge person helped us a lot with making reservations at restaurants and transport. He helped get one of our bags from the airport that got lost. The showers and beds were super amazing like staying at a spa. Lots of spots for gathering as we had a party of 8 and the breakfast was unsurpassed delicious. Even had gluten free bread as an option for three of us.

Staff was very helpful in helping us to book 2 tours.

This hotel is in a great location, close to a lot of attractions and food options. The staff has been extremely friendly. The rooms are HUGH. And great HOT water pressure. The pool is small, but the entire area feels very comfortable with a good amount of shade to combat the afternoon sun.

This was my first time visiting Peru, and I was a little nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. However, José Antonio Deluxe Hotel exceeded all of my expectations—and I’m very particular about my travel experiences! When we arrived, our initial room was a twin standard, which felt quite small. I informed the hotel about my VIP status with Expedia, and within 24 hours, they accommodated us with a king-size bed—a great start to our stay. One of the standout experiences was the level of service and hospitality. Their check-in policy has a midnight cutoff, but we arrived a little late, and they still allowed us to check in seamlessly. Throughout our five-day stay (which we extended for another 24 hours), the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating in every way possible. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with the pancakes being my personal favorite. Even on days when they weren’t on the menu, the staff would still make them upon request—a perfect example of their above-and-beyond service. Our room was attended to daily, and even if we weren’t ready for service, the housekeeping team always made sure to return and keep our space spotless. They also provided a complimentary fruit platter in our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch. Despite a slight language barrier, the staff made every effort to ensure that all of our requests were met without hesitation. Their hospitality and attentiveness truly set this hotel apart. Lastly, the location is perfect

Great experience

Stayed here for a week. Loved the location. Very very close to Mira Flores and all restaurants, parks and bars. Also close to the ocean and lots of taxis and transportation in the area. Hotel room was beautiful, morning buffet was bland but good, staff was nice and it’s in a clean area.

The Hotel Jose Antonio Delux- Is convienient located near restaurants and shopping areas. The Hotel staff is very nice and professional.

El hotel estuvo todo un día sin internet. Tampoco hubo presión en el agua. Tenía solo un elevador y subir y bajar tomaba mucho tiempo. Además las escaleras de emergencia estaban abiertas hacia la calle.
