Great hotel. Room and bathroom were clean and in good condition. Staff were amazing, especially when we had an issue with a tour company. The gentleman did everything he could think of to help us. We were there in July, which is Peru’s winter and there is no heat so the rooms were quite cold. But there was hot water, soap and toilet paper. 10 minutes walk to plaza de arms, good location. I would for sure stay here again.

Horrible service and hotelrules...! I had to discuss with them for half an hour to bring a friend to my room, doring mid-day.. They finally gave permission, but clocked it and gave us an hour, with the messege "1 min late, and you'll have to pay for a full day"...!
Their attitudes are horrible, they won't take your dollars, and they have a way of making you feel like it is inconvenient for you to be there....!!
Horrible experience, and horrible hotel..
