We enjoy our stay at this place, due to the good service from the staff, their kindness, attentiveness, and professionality, from Luz, Santos, Freddy. The breakfast was good, the information they provide us also, we all loved the hot infusions offered to us, the good central location. It was something we did not like, the cold nights as the lack of heating during the night. They lack coordination with the taxis services when we have arrived to the airport we were on our own trying to find a taxi, it was the same at the time we left the place. They have to offer a better service to pick up and drop off from the airport their clients.

The entire staff is what made my stay worthwhile. Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful. The staff is very genuine and they wanted to make sure my stay was pleasant at all times while also ensuring I made the most out of my trip. The rooms are small much like most other hotels in Cusco but it was perfect for my guest and I. My room did not face the street so it was also very quiet.

The staff was very friendly.... However on a different note, the rooms with the windows by the street do not block any of the street noise, so bring ear plugs or be sure to ask for a room away from the street. The hotel could use some maintenance, as the shower door came off the railings, and showers needed to be quick to ensure there was enough hot water... We only planned to stay at this hotel for one night before hiking the Inca Trail, and it was close to many stores to pick up last minute supplies and a 15-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas.

Close to Plaza de Armas but the street its on isn't the nicest. VERY loud if you get a room facing the street. Pictures show the place nicer than it is. The hotel staff was very pleasant though and service was great. Breakfast was nothing to rave about.

My niece and I stayed at Tecte Guest House 23 and 24 June, 2015 and were so pleased that we stayed again for two more nights following our visit to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. Staff were pleasant, and helpful in arranging a bus tour to Sacred Valley.

Also they help me to get taxi and booked me a one day trip to see Cusco town. Hotel are very clean, my room was great as well. I will stay there again when I visit Cusco.

This is a very clean Hotel. They call themselves a Guest House and they treat you like you are a guest in their home. I had a 4am bus departing for Macchu Picchu, so they made me a sack lunch to take with me because I would miss breakfast. It is very safe and quiet. Comfortable beds. A bowl of fruit in the sitting area. Free wifi and a computer/ printer if needed. But the biggest asset is the friendliness.

Hotel muito bem localizado, da para ir andando aos principais pontos turísticos. Quarto básico duplo é um quarto grande, com cama bastante confortável e espaçosa. Chuveiro também é gostoso e quentinho. Funcionários bastante prestativos, principalmente o funcionário da recepção que ficava de tarde/noite. Apenas achamos o café da manhã com poucos itens.
