The place is new. It’s very neat and clean with complete amenities. Toiletries are free. I really love it! Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will come back!

Staff is great and hospitable. The location is close to the beach and restaurants/shops are all around. The roof pool and bar are amazing. The breakfast included was delicious and with variety of choices. The price was good. We liked our stay here and would recommend this hotel.

Most of the hotel workers smiled a lot and were friendly. The pictures of how the rooms look are pretty straightforward. I rated 3 for cleanliness only because my bathroom had a lot of black ants & flying insects (which I didn’t have the hotel maintenance check anymore— since said insects didn’t bite me). Still, they may be a nuisance for some. Within the property are also a coffee shop (in which complimentary breakfast is served), a beauty salon, & a laundry shop. The hotel workers were overall attentive and good at managing expectations.

we stayed in 8th floor, so its nice. staffs are helpful too. only thing i am not happy with is we stayed there for 6 nights and i asked to change the bedsheets but they did not.

The staff was very nice and helpful. If you opt for breakfast you get vouchers for the cafe next door. Good cafe breakfasts, mostly silog options but they do offer American options. They also serve good coffee. The area is tucked away down a side street from the main road Osmeña and everything you might need is in walking distance. Good value and good stay overall. My only drawback is there were carpenter ants when we checked in but the staff took care of that right away. Also, we had to ask for toilet paper a couple times and at night the noise travels to the room, we stayed during Sinulog festival so it did get noisy in the evenings.

Was a very Nice and clean Hotel however my Stay wasn't enjoyable and booked out early
A blue Exercise Mat is not my idea of a comfortable sleep and woke up stiff and unrested .. YOU need to rectify this
Towels are big enough to dry a Baby but as a Adult maybe a leg
And lack of room safe makes things a little awrkward to keep belonging safe

honestly nothing special in this hostel, it looks like a buildings transformed into a hotel as if they made in each flour partitions but separated by wall, mostly looks like school buildings classes but in a very small size version, unfortunately the house keeping here are very filthy, lazy and nobody supervise their work, that is why the rooms are very filthy full of hairs, dust & other dirty stuff, the supervision is corrupted, not to mention the location is in a small rough alley.. I don’t recommend it especially to families..
