I had a delightful stay at 1075 Hotel. The rooms were cozy and inviting, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The garden area was a serene oasis, perfect for relaxing. The staff was very nice and helpful. If you opt for breakfast you get vouchers for the cafe next door. Good cafe breakfasts, mostly silog options but they do offer American options. They also serve good coffee. The area is tucked away down a side street from the main road Osmeña and everything you might need is in walking distance. Good value and good stay overall. My only drawback is there were carpenter ants when we checked in but the staff took care of that right away. Also, we had to ask for toilet paper a couple times and at night the noise travels to the room, we stayed during Sinulog festival so it did get noisy in the evenings.

Chambre pas propre tache de sang sur la housse de couette. Serviettes tachées,restant de poils sur les wc Chambre minuscule et vétuste joints faïence jaunes. Mais le plus derangeant c’est la climatisation qui fait un bruit d’enfer qui vous reveille même avec des boules quiés. Festival Sinulog le prix très élevé pour la qualité. Seul avantage l’emplacement et le service laverie.

Das Zimmer ist ok. Leider war eine Kaffeetasse stark beschmutzt bei unserer Ankunft, wurde dann ausgetauscht. Die Klimaanlage ist ziemlich laut und die Zimmer sind hellhörig was den Strassenlärm betrifft. Leider sind die Matratzen mit Plastik überzogen, weshalb man beim schlafen am Rücken schwitzt. Das habe ich so noch gar nie in einem Hotel gesehen. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Reis und Ei immer dabei, das Fleisch dazu kann ausgesucht werden. Alles in allem nur ein Budget durchnittshotel.

Das Familien Zimmer hatte zwei getrennte Zimmer (eines mit Doppelbett, anderes mit zwei Stockbetten), was positiv zu werten ist. Auch überraschend, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hatte - sehr gut! Leider entsprachen die Hygiene Standards nicht den südländischen, geschweige denn den europäischen, Standards - lieber nicht genau hinsehen. Ameisen am Zimmer. Lage war okay, alles schnell mit Auto erreichbar.

It was fine for what it was. The rooms are narrow and there isn’t a great hangout area. The neighborhood is a bit loud. But the beds were comfortable and the ac worked. The staff was nice and helped when we repeatedly locked ourselves out of our room.

Staff is great and hospitable. The location is close to the beach and restaurants/shops are all around. The roof pool and bar are amazing. The breakfast included was delicious and with variety of choices. The price was good. We liked our stay here and would recommend this hotel.

Most of the hotel workers smiled a lot and were friendly. The pictures of how the rooms look are pretty straightforward. I rated 3 for cleanliness only because my bathroom had a lot of black ants & flying insects (which I didn’t have the hotel maintenance check anymore— since said insects didn’t bite me). Still, they may be a nuisance for some. Within the property are also a coffee shop (in which complimentary breakfast is served), a beauty salon, & a laundry shop. The hotel workers were overall attentive and good at managing expectations.

we stayed in 8th floor, so its nice. staffs are helpful too. only thing i am not happy with is we stayed there for 6 nights and i asked to change the bedsheets but they did not.
