The only reason I gave Appleton Boutique Hotel 2 stars is because the staff were very polite, friendly and resourceful. Besides that, the lobby windows were always dirty during breakfast time I had roaches crawling on my table, even on my mother’s plate on more than one occasion. The lobby after hours always smelt like pest control spray. I even saw mice droppings near the food serving area. Disgusting!!! I will never return!

The only good thing I can say about my stay at the Appleton Boutique Hotel is the room was very big. At breakfast there were roaches on our table, on the water dispenser and on the food stands where the food was being offered and also mice droppings around the food. The kitchen and dinning area smelled of pest control products. The lobby doors and windows were dirty as well as the elevator. I could tell the food was recycled and not fresh everyday. The only reason i didn’t give this hotel a 1 is because the staff was so friendly. I will not be staying there ever again.

No disposable slippers. Beddings and towels smelled old/dusty. Only one pillow for each guest only. AC wasnt working properly. Bathroom has a distinct smell. Service is great. Staff were accommodating and kind.

The faucet was so loose that the whole thing turns everytime you open it; there is no division from the shower to the rest of the bathroom that the floor gets wet all over; only one small pillow was provided, the toilet seat was dirty. Breakfast food was good. Staff are very attentive and helpful.

The hotel was clean but definitely in need of an upgrade. There were communications issues with getting the free shuttle even though I contacted the hotel a week in advance to arrange. The rooms were booked a month in advance and they still didn't see that we had two rooms booked instead of one. You get what you pay for. We were looking for something close to the airport for a day. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to a different hotel and in a different area. We ended up booking at the Marriott just to get a good night's rest before we had a long 48 hours of travel back home.

The hotel was old and outdated. The rooms were not clean. The beds were hard. The air conditioning was not working. Power went out several times throughout the evening. I would avoid staying at this hotel, The way it’s advertised is incorrect and the photos are also misleading.

We were put in a room on the 3rd floor initially but A/C does not blow cool air. Beds were old. It rained around dawn and we woke up to puddles on the floor so we reported and. We were then moved to a room 2 floors up. A/C still wont blow cool air. The bidet hose was leaking with yellowish water coming out. Don’t stay here.

The main thing is, I don’t like the smell when you’re coming to the room it’s not clean smell musky but the big deal was going into the shower finally waiting for the water to get hot. Only two after you’re halfway through your shower the water is off then I go down stairs because the phone doesn’t work only to have someone come up there more excuses and 100% not going to do anything to supplement your terrible experiences not even a second thought about it another sorry meaningless

The airport shuttle is a one-way thing. If they pick you up they won't drop you off and vice versa. The hotel in need of refurbishing inside and out. The location is excellent with a good proximity to the airport and other helpful things.

The room was clean it had aircon in the bed was decent. Other than that, I was not too happy. It started with not being picked up at the airport as to that was the reason I chose that hotel supposedly free shuttle service. I tried reaching them through text phone calls and Expedia the day before we went to no avail at all. There was no drinking water available except for two small water bottles which is your daily allotment, apparently there's a charge for the after. No running hot water. And a big sign in the bathroom that said water not drinkable. They did have an elevator that was in good working order
