One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent.The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing.

We were amazed how clean and spacious the room was. Toilet was so clean and with complete amenities too. Fast wifi connection and a nice small balcony. Breakfast is included and great food served with coffee. They have nice small restaurant by the pool. amazing pool. Great location. Close to Robinsons. The hotel can also help you organize tours. Pick up at the hotel itself which is very convenient. Staff are helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel for couples, family or with friends. No complaints, we were very happy during our stay.

The customer service great and helpful, they just need to smile often to brighten up the customers day since we stayed for 5 days. How about a cheerful good morning and hello or hi. They look sad and frowning all the time. I hope they're happy wth their job ๐

Royal Crown Inn
The bed is uncomfortable. The blanket and bed sheet has a lot of stains. The heater is not working (maybe because the water pressure is not too much, or idk) After a night stay we felt very itchy all over our bodies; we strongly believed this is due to the very uncomfy bed. I woke up at midnight because it's so itchy! Also, we need to pass first on the smoking area before we can get to our room (third floor)

it's bad room from small 2 bad after I ask good room I pay this big money the give me bad room the charge me 1000ps for my wife one more food so bad and the charge me 100 ps for age without the tell me before

Satisfied guest here๐๏ธ The room is clean, nice and fit for those who will just stay for an overnight. Can't believe that it's cheap,just 400pesos syet the room looks like it costs 1000/night. The location also is convenient to the town or mall,just ride a tricycle. I highly recommended this place. Looking forward to stay here again.
