Reasonable condition and service for the price. A bit noisy at night with dogs barking.

Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. The location is very convenient for us and there are a lot of places where we can grab a bite.

So close to the airport. Excellent place for lay over.

I chose the hotel because of it's reasonable price as we are just staying for one night. We had an early flight the next day so i preferred to stay in Mactan , The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean, but the bed is not as comfortable compared with staying in other more pricey hotels.

This is an old hotel, badly needing renovation. Staff was friendly Not recommended

Would give this hotel 12 stars if i could because of the caring service provided by the staff who treat you like family. Delicious breakfast, strong wifi, close to airport, so many international cable channels. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

We checked in late, in the morning hours. The owner was super nice. I am really impressed by their cordial invite. We were late to the breakfast due to late check-in but still they made sandwich for us. Also helped us with direction to the nearest mart and money exchange. The hotel is close to the Mactan airport. The room was cheap so do not expect luxury. Overall environment was nice.

It was a small hotel managed by a family. They were very hands on and very courteous. They ensure that everything is in order. You definitely get the value of what you paid for. Location was accessible. Near convenient stores and Mactan Hospital.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is no bottled water in the room nor do they have any you can purchase. Location is very poor and noisy. Air Con worked well and I slept comfortably, but a major road is right outside and starts about 5:30 am

I enjoyed our stay with my family. It is not on the beach and there is no pool, unlike many of the hotels in the area, but that was to be expected. There were several options for dining close-by, especially for Filipino street food. I will stay here again if needing a short stay in Mactan.

The staff was rude and check-in was very bizarre. Room wasn't cleaned well at all and there was a lot of noise.

Nice place to stay a night if you're waiting for your flight. Room is very clean, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Had to leave at 2 am, they arranged a taxi for me. Would come back for sure!

The hotel owner they don't know about hotels. Com .I'm disappointed explaining to him ,I have to show my email confirmation booking and payment. In fact I explained to him I phoned a month ago to make sure I was booked in Centro Mactan .Needs Hotel. Com introduced themselves to this establishment, they don't know your website.

This is a family owned/run hotel which I love and the daughter is super friendly and helpful from reserving a Grab car or where to go shopping. I really appreciated the fast wifi which was easy to use and also the price for the value. The surrounding area doesn't have much but there is a 7-11 steps away which was very convenient. The decor in the hotel is cute with a focus on antiques including old cameras, art and even a Singer table in my room. The shower pressure is pretty good and the bed is comfortable enough. One word of caution is that is it very close to the airport so you hear planes flying overhead and it's quite loud. Make sure you close your bathroom door and windows at night otherwise it will keep you up for sure. Also, it's still a 20 minute drive to the airport, so plan for that. Also, get the Grab app and use it like Uber/Lyft. It works very well and you can do cash or card and you get pricing up front which is peace of mind for any tourist.

The Owner and his family are very kind and friendly. The hotel is cleaned very well. The problem of this hotel is only the power of a hot shower.
