Reasonable condition and service for the price. A bit noisy at night with dogs barking.

Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. The location is very convenient for us and there are a lot of places where we can grab a bite.

The Owner and his family are very kind and friendly. The hotel is cleaned very well. The problem of this hotel is only the power of a hot shower.

So close to the airport. Excellent place for lay over.

I chose the hotel because of it's reasonable price as we are just staying for one night. We had an early flight the next day so i preferred to stay in Mactan , The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean, but the bed is not as comfortable compared with staying in other more pricey hotels.

This is an old hotel, badly needing renovation. Staff was friendly Not recommended

　セブからの移動前日に使用しました、ホテルの近くにコンビニがあります、ギリギリ徒歩圏内にモールもありますし、旅慣れた方ならモールまでの道沿いにも地元食堂もたくさんありますので不自由なく過ごせると思います、今回は再訪でしたがホテルの女将さんが私のことを覚えてくださいました（ちょっとビックリしました）出かけるときにはオーナーがGrabタクシーを呼んでくださいまして大変助かりました、ホテルの場所は空港ゲート側の正反対側になります。

家族経営のホテルの為、おじいちゃんのお家に遊びに来た、みたいな感じがするホテルです。玄関は、随時施錠されているので、安全ですが、早朝出発の場合は、前日にOwnerさんに伝えておかないと、外に出れないです。朝食は、パン or ごはんが選択でき、１つ１つ、Ownerさんご夫妻が作ってくれます＝作りたてのおいしい朝ごはんが食べられます（おいしい！）

0.5박으로 잠깐 이용했는데요 평이좋아서 이용했지만 가격에 비해 가성비 떨어집니다.

Would give this hotel 12 stars if i could because of the caring service provided by the staff who treat you like family. Delicious breakfast, strong wifi, close to airport, so many international cable channels. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

We checked in late, in the morning hours. The owner was super nice. I am really impressed by their cordial invite. We were late to the breakfast due to late check-in but still they made sandwich for us. Also helped us with direction to the nearest mart and money exchange. The hotel is close to the Mactan airport. The room was cheap so do not expect luxury. Overall environment was nice.

It was a small hotel managed by a family. They were very hands on and very courteous. They ensure that everything is in order. You definitely get the value of what you paid for. Location was accessible. Near convenient stores and Mactan Hospital.

Limited food options in walking distance . Airport noise. Semi friendly owners

Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is no bottled water in the room nor do they have any you can purchase. Location is very poor and noisy. Air Con worked well and I slept comfortably, but a major road is right outside and starts about 5:30 am

I enjoyed our stay with my family. It is not on the beach and there is no pool, unlike many of the hotels in the area, but that was to be expected. There were several options for dining close-by, especially for Filipino street food. I will stay here again if needing a short stay in Mactan.

The place is very homey. Own by a beautiful family.. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The staff was rude and check-in was very bizarre. Room wasn't cleaned well at all and there was a lot of noise.
