The staff at CoCo Grande are the best, they treat everyone like family. It’s clean, quiet, and relaxing. It is dated but that gives it character. Traffic would be the only negative factor but that is a problem all over the city of Dumaguete.

This is my favorite place to stay in Dumaguete. Staff go the extra mile to accommodate guests' needs; rooms are comfortable; complimentary breakfast is excellent; location is close to downtown. The two most significant 'negatives' are: location next to several schools results in heavy traffic, especially between 3-6 PM. Also, water pressure in rooms is somewhat weak and water temperature lukewarm.

Dated hotel and rooms, otherwise ok, the rooms are large Careful when they offer the use of the service car. The ride to the port is 3- 5 minutes. They called us later to inform us that they forgot to charge us Php 400 for this very short ride. Since we stayed at their sister company in Siquijor, they cross charged it

Air con was barely adequate. The shower fixture needs to be replaced. Towel replacement needs to be improved. There is limited amenities. Need to include toothbrushes and toothpaste along with razors and shaving cream. There was no hand lotion. Most of all there was NO ELEVATOR. I'm handicapped and climbing the stairs was difficult. On the positive side the desk staff was excellent.
