Aloha, I’m originally from Hawai’i and one of the things I love most about the Coro hotel is how hospitable all of the staff is, every time I visit Manila. I have many friends here in the Philippines and I frequently stay at the Coro hotel, and I love all of the amenities, the friendliness of the staff and its location. Coro hotel has really nice rooms, great sense of comfort and color and it will most likely be my favorite hotel to check into whenever I am visiting the Coro hotel.

The check in and check out process is inefficient and takes too long. Even for pre-paid, booked online reservations. The Wi-FI is still problematic still and below industry standards. The bell desk, bag support and transportation support staff is a positive. Very helpful and friendly.

This is my 40th room night I have booked at the Coro Hotel so far this year. I love the Coro so much that it will always be my company's hotel of choice. The staff, location, cleanliness, and everything you could ever ask for in a hotel is the Coro!!

My only complaint would be that the towels look a bit dingy, there are clean but an off white color. Im very particular about towels I use, usually traveling with my own from home for this reason. They could be replaced.

The Staff are rude but wear a fake smile…..in simplistic terms racist. Once they have your money they switch up. I went to this property and asked to be shown a room. They allowed me to view a nice room. Nice aroma very clean. But once I booked they placed me in a nasty cigarette smelling room with dengy towels ….the room was ran down and I just barely got through the night. During check-in the stupid front desk clerk kept announcing she was verifying me at the registration office as if I was a criminal!! I could have went completely off but instead I kept my cool. No tips , bad review and Never Again!!
