It was nice, clean and comfortable place to stay in Iloilo city proper. Hotel staff were very responsive. The location has access to public and private transportation (since it's situated in front of SM city). You'll never get lost in the city. We had a good stay in this hotel for 2 nights.
P.S. Wi-Fi in our room was ok. The fresh fruits was my favorite food in the breakfast buffet.

One of the first multi-story hotels in Iloilo City almost a decade ago. It is beginning to show its age now, and is consequently in need of renovation/redecoration and repair. The car parking is up a very narrow driveway and the ceiling height is too low. (The radio antenna broke off as I was reversing out of a very confined space!) The breakfast was limited and cheaply made. The main dishes for breakfast were rarely replenished as they ran low. A bonus is the view from the dining room on the 11th floor. A further advantage of this hotel is that it sits opposite SM CITY.

I like the responsiveness of the staff. Staff are very respectful and friendly.
I did not like the over used and very very old towels. The towels at one point were very very thin and obviously old. It resembled like a ready to toss rug. Towels are always late. When you need them .. staff apologize and says they are still on laundry and will be available at 5 pm.
Elevators are very slow and very hot and warm when you are inside. From ground floor to the 16th floor I am already sweating.
The desk and furnitures need to be replaced. The desk top are chipped, cracked and not level.

Staff are very courteous and friendly, however when we checked in we were informed that towels will not be in our room until 6 p.m. I find that unacceptable there was also a day they could not replace towels coz new ones will not arrive again later that afternoon.

The Injap hotel is well located with good access to shopping and dining. The view from the dining room on the 21st floor was stunning. Hotel staff from reception desk, security personnel, restaurant wait staff and housekeeping were all very friendly, respectful and helpful with lots of smiles. The room was small, old and very basic but clean. The restaurant menu needs improvement starting with the breakfast buffet to the dinner offerings. Overall, I would stay here again mainly for the friendly staff.

The property itself is not on tip-top shape but staffs were accommodating and friendly. The best part is the location. It sits just across a huge shopping mall with plenty of dining options and cinema. Outside the hotel is a major street which makes tranpo convenient

The hotel is just in front of SM Iloilo and there is a bridge that you can use to cross the busy street. In front of it is also this one whole complex of restaurants for dining. The hotel is a member of 101 chains of hotels. They provide basic amenities including two pairs of slippers and dental kits. Most small hotels do not provide these items. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. The airconditioning system is a window type and they have a remote. The bathroom though needs some deep cleaning and repairs as it shows signs of aging. All in all, the hotel provided me a good nights rest and I will stay here again if I got the chance to visit Iloilo in my next travels to the Visayas area.

The total area of the property is all conveniently well done, I knew this is a perfect place to go around the malls. Unfortunately, the facilities and bed linens are so terrible, bedsheets are ripped, limited towels in the bathroom. I like the area so convenient, staff are amazing.

This room was small but comfortable, showing a bit of wear but kept very clean. No hot water- just room temperature, but that was sufficient for showers. Had a microwave, refrigerator and water pot, and daily coffee and tea were provided.
