The Place is Nice & Clean But They shouldn’t have posted FREE Shuttle if its not 24/7 available, Poor wifi signal, The good thing that i like is they allowed you to an early check-in with no charge.

When we arrived we were told that we inadvertently booked our reservation at their sister hotel about another 20 minute drive. Since it was raining and we were on motorcycles they allowed us to stay on the beach, switching our reservations. Perfect location, the rooms were clean, and the bed very comfortable. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, who bent over backwards in order to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Wonderful!!! Will stay again when in town!!!

My check in was late in the day. I had a child with me who had mobility issues at that time. The initially chosen room for us was at the second floor but they found a way to look for a room for us at the ground floor in a short amount of time. Really appreciated that. The room was a bit warm or didn’t get cold enough and cellular and internet connections were dead in our area but didn’t matter to us at that time since we were only there overnight. Even if old, the hotel looked really well maintained and still retains its grandeur. The employees who attended to us were also really good.

Do not ever book at this hotel. The service is very very poor. The rooms are not being clean everyday. Towels are not changed, no supply of drinking water everyday, no kettle, no bar of soap, no heated shower. There is not even a 24 hour service reception. The room is very unsanitary. No extra garbage. The only person you can rely on here is the security guard. No one else. The property us 0 Start

I highly recommend this hotel in Roxas. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The room is great and very roomy. They have 2 swimming pools for kids and adults. It was very convenient getting around Roxas as it was bery close to every major spot. I want to give many thanks to the hotel manager as she offered us ride to the bus station. I would come back here again. Thank you.
