This accommodation ticks all the boxes for a perfect hotel! The rooms were clean and smells very nice! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever! We always had a hard time getting up in the morning. The wifi is fast, the tv and cable tv has ample channels. Extra pillows are free of charge. They even let us check in early as 12:30 without additional payment as our room was already prepared. The staff were very professional, quick to their decision making and attentive. We had no trouble in the check in and check out. The hotel is situated close to binondo church, ongpin st and divisoria. Intramuros is a good 20 min walk via jones bridge. Red planet hotels are always are go-to hotel when we are in cebu or davao. The service and the accommodation is consistent wherever we decide to check in in any of their branche that's why we prefer this hotel over anywhere else. At red planet, we are assured of a good rest and sleep, comfortable rooms, courteous staff and safety. Plus it was really comfortably priced!

I stay for 14 days in Heroes Hotel during the Sea Games 2019. The room is very comfortable. I ordered a deluxe room which has a balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A man in the second floor that serves you breakfast is very cheerful and will be happy to answer all of your questions regarding the city. The building is quite new so it's clean and comfy. I definitely put Heroes in my top list when I have the chance to visit Manila in the future.

Nagustuhan ko naman dito. Very convenient. Malapit lang sa talagang pakay ko. And the crew were very friendly and accommodating especially Ate Anna or Anne. The room was comfortable and clean. I would love to be back and will definitely recommend it. I think I got beyond what I paid for. Thank you š

the room they gave me on their top floor supposedly has a tv set. Yes there was one but no one knew how to open and operate it properly..I don't think the remote control they used is matched to the tv set. I ended up not using the tv the whole stay..the hallways, there were parts that have trash uncollected as seen in the pictures.. The power outlets, at least some of them, were exposed and could pose a safety hazard. meron pa rin namang ibang Hindi maluwag at safe gamitin. The aircon was iƱstalled too high..I mean ok lang sana if may remote control pero Wala rin hayy. pati ba naman un. and the worst was the bathroom. ang sikip, very uncomfortable ung pwesto ng bowl, pati door Karag Karag na.. the handle bar above the toilet was falling apart. tapos pati shower, may water heater daw pero ang Hina ng water pressure so the water was hitting the heater,.Mamaya safety hazard din..ang ending, I had to use the timba and tabo * facepalm talaga..Goodness knows how long it had last been cleaned.. it was a nasty experience..ung ganda sa picture .Hindi na maintain.. budol! pati sofa punit punit. I guess it had seen better days.. Hindi naman ata pang transient, it's more like ung mga cheapie-cheapie motels.. next time I will just book an Airbnb.
